The Kavanaugh saga shows we have not yet
plumbed the depths of Democratic ruthlessness

Washington Post, by Marc A. Thiessen

President Trump apologized to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh and his family for the “terrible pain and suffering” they endured during his confirmation process, declaring that “what happened to the Kavanaugh family violates every notion of fairness, decency and due process.” Democrats seem to be taking the opposite lesson from the Kavanaugh fight. As Politico recently tweeted, “After failing to stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Democrats wonder if it’s time to be more ruthless.” More ruthless? There are a lot of reasons the effort to stop Kavanaugh failed, but a lack of ruthlessness is not one of them. Kavanaugh’s opponents

FTA: ´[the Democrats] once decried the politics of personal destruction.´

Is there a fancy name for pretending to accept the enemy´s premise?

Democrats have never been about anything else. The Clintons´ constant moaning (which continues to the present) about being attacked was/is even more annoying given their tactics.

Somebody help me out here. What´s more ruthless than dragging out a quasi-professor and assorted sex pervert clients of their resident creepy porn lawyer to lie and smear a decent candidate for the Supreme Court for weeks? Maybe actually shooting Republican politicians while they´re playing softball? Oh wait, they´ve already done that too.

I´m just looking forward to their going "Ruthless", as in Buzzy Ginsberg taking her final nap.

THAT will NEVER happen. The Rats live in a world of hate and lies, backed up by their totally Useless Media. For whatever reason, they think we Normals are just too stupid to notice this. We´ll see on Nov. 6th.

I guess nothing Democrats do next would surprise us now! I DO think Trump should shut down the Mobs the next time they decide to attack people who are trying to go about their daily business. I think it´s time for Consequences for getting arrested. Do not just put them in Handcuffs and then let them go free without a FINE. They might be getting paid, but will the group paying them step up and bail them out of Jail? That should the next deterrent to Mob Rule!

The leaders of the Democrat party in Congress comprise an entire spectrum of deceit, deception, and manipulation. On one end they have folks like Schumer and Schiff. These are men who can lie, prevaricate, and equivocate in a smooth, emotionless, almost robotic cadence. At the other end, they have poseurs who feign anger and outrage, and make fiery but totally illogical statements and demands like Hirono and Gillebrand. In the middle, often exhibiting the corrupt traits from either or both ends of the spectrum are Pelosi, Harris, Booker, Durbin, Feinstein, Warren, and a score of others. These folks were shocked, disappointed, and incensed by the loss in 2016. They had plans for us, which they still intend to implement, given the opportunity to seize power over us again. Since they had become used to dealing with mild mannered Republican opponents, like Romney, both Bushes, McConnell, and Linsey Graham, they were not prepared for Donald Trump, a barbarian, who didn´t give a damn about their persistent insults, moral preening, virtue signaling, or name calling. IMO, it´s the stark contrast that Trump has provided to the tepid behavior of the Republican in the past, that has caused the democrats to drop the pretenses and show their true natures, their true tactics, and their corrupt goals. And, happily, as a result of the abysmal behavior of the democrats, some of the Republicans like McConnell and Graham have found some personal courage. Both men had a Mr. Smith comes to Washington moment during the Kavanaugh hearings. So, like a cornered, gut shot, weasel, the democratic party is not dead, but it´s wounded and desperate. As they demonstrated over the last few weeks, there is NO depth of depravity too deep for them to plumb.

Execellent analysis #7! My thoughts exactly.

It thrills my soul to see some Republicans finding a wee bit of courage. My hope and prayer is that others will have an epiphany soon because we certainly need warriors on our side who will not accept further demented democrat shenanigans. The democrats have been so disrupted by this President they have, indeed, shown their true colors. It’s about time they were taken down a peg or two. We no longer will accept their arguments, their arrogance, and most of all their violence. The country will not be ruled by sanctimonious tyrants posing as public servants. We have had enough! November 6th we send that message loud and clear.

We are witnessing the fruits of Obama presidency. For 8 years Obama divided this country along special interest groups. We were no longer a country to Obama, we were groups. We were placed into buckets. We were labeled as whites, blacks, gays, straight, transgender, union, non-union, illegals, middle class, the one percent and the elites. We were no longer Americans. To Obama America doesn´t exist. All groups were pitted against each other to create chaos. The bpurpose was to create an atmosphere of uncivility and violence. This is how you turn a great country into a banana republic. Violence. We have a choice on Nov. 6th. Either make America great again or tutn into a banana republic. Got it.

I have watched rabid left-wing mobs daily disrupt our representatives and try to prevent them from governing. They’ve followed them throughout the halls of Congress screaming hysterically, and as loudly as they would in a sports arena. They’ve pinned them in elevators like trapped animals where they have let loose with disrespectful tirades periodically interjected with, “LOOK AT ME WHEN I’M TALKING TO YOU!” They broke into a Republican Congressman’s office and physically assaulted him! These vile individuals even tried to break down the door of the Supreme Court during the solemn swearing in of a new Justice.

I’ve got a pretty simple mind, and I always look for the easiest solution first, so it seems to me that a crackdown by the Capitol police would have prevented a lot of this. If they can’t prevent future incidences, they’re just overpaid window-dressing.

My guess is: Trump won´t take the solid advice to reduce his use of Twitter to an irreducible minimum.

There are no depths to the depravity of the demoncrats. The party began a civil war, with hundreds of thousands of deaths, to continue to enslave people they consider non-human.

When that didn´t work, they dreamed up Jim Crow, the Klan, and Segregation. They took credit for Civil Rights legislation, something they vehemently opposed for a century.

Then they continued discrimination with Affirmative Action and group preferences. They are actually proud of murdering millions of innocent babies, and the depravity of the more militant and nihilistic homosexuals. How much lower can they go? All the way to hell, it seems.

If they loved truth and good, then they would love God and his son, Jesus. They belong to their father, the devil, and carry out his desires. Murder, lies, and accusations. Community organizing to sow dissent, resentment and hatred.

Does the Kevin Hart Oscar debacle

Philadelphia Inquirer, by Albert Eisenberg    Original Article

If there was any doubt about whether the LGBT political establishment wields cultural power in the United States, it was put to rest last week with the Kevin Hart Oscars-hosting debacle. Hometown comedian Hart, a Hollywood workhorse who might have struck the right tone at the helm of a show that apparently nobody wants to host, was hounded off and publicly shamed almost as soon as he was announced. In what is now a depressingly common phenomenon, old tweets of Hart’s, including some that contained homophobic jokes, were “revealed” (they were publicly available), and a protest movement was mounted.

Michael Cohen did himself absolutely no favors by granting a televised interview before he goes to prison. The point was to rehabilitate his image, transforming himself from tax evader, bank swindler, and all-around liar to repentant nun. But he inadvertently revealed himself even more clearly as defeated, bitter, and without a future. Over and over again, Cohen repeated that he “took responsibility” for his crimes and that he was done lying, as if he had any other choice. He pleaded guilty to all charges and has been sentenced to three years in prison.

Surprise, surprise. Obamacare, aka the Affordable [sic] Care Act, is dead, pending a possible Supreme Court review. U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth sided with the argument put forward by a coalition of Republican-leaning states, led by Texas, that Obamacare could no longer stand now that there´s no penalty for Americans who don´t buy insurance. The U.S. Supreme Court had upheld the law in 2012, by classifying the legislation as a tax. But since Congress removed the individual mandate in 2017, O’Connor ruled, there´s no way the ACA can be allowed to stand. Arrivederci, sayonara, good-bye, we hardly knew ya.

If you want a textbook example of wrongful prosecution of a man who should never have been charged with a crime, just look at the case of retired Army Lt. Gen. and former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. New documents released Friday by Special Counsel Robert Mueller make it clear that Flynn is a victim of an overzealous team of prosecutors absolutely desperate to show that President Trump and his campaign colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. The new court filings provide yet more proof that Mueller will stop at almost nothing and run over anyone

The debate over the Electoral College comes up constantly during American elections, including the midterms last month, with many on the left calling for a popular vote instead. The process of electoral delegates voting for one particular party even if the popular vote of their state had only a slim majority makes the presidential elections seem generally unfair. Under the electoral system, lower-population states have outsized influence, higher-population states have somewhat limited influence, and swing states enjoy all the attention. With a popular vote, so the thinking goes, each citizen would have a voice, and the president and his administration

It was 20 years ago this month that the House of Representatives impeached President Bill Clinton. The vote took place December 19, 1998, with two of four articles approved by the House, the first on grounds that Clinton had lied to a grand jury (228-206), and the second on grounds that Clinton had obstructed justice (221-212). He became only the second president (the other in 1868) to be impeached. At the start of the year, January 17, 1998, Clinton had given a sworn deposition flatly denying a “sexual relationship,” “sexual affair,” or “sexual relations” with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

Former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling took a swing at Bronx Congresswoman-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, slamming her intelligence after she complained that her ideas are being scrutinized because of her young age. The 29-year-old Democratic Socialist responded this week to what she considered a double standard she has observed in press coverage of herself compared to House Speaker Paul Ryan, the Boston Globe reported. “Double standards are Paul Ryan being elected at 28 and immediately being given the benefit of his ill-considered policies considered genius; and me winning a primary at 28 to immediately be

There is no real reason we are witnessing the magazine’s demise other than deep pettiness and a personal desire for bureaucratic revenge on the part of a penny-ante Machiavellian who works for its parent company. There would at least be a larger meaning to the Standard’s end if it were being killed because it was hostile to Donald Trump. But I do not believe that is the case.
