President Donald Trump said that potential charges of nepotism were preventing him from appointing his daughter Ivanka Trump to the position of Ambassador to the United Nations “Ivanka would be dynamite,” Trump said but added that he would be “accused of nepotism” if he appointed her to replace Nikki Haley as the U.N. Ambassador. Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner are both senior advisers in the White House. “I’m not sure there’s anyone more competent in the world,” he added. Trump appeared fascinated by the idea of his daughter serving in the position. “How you feel about Ivanka?” he

I´d love to see Ivanka in the position but hope that President Trump will NOT make the appointment. It´s too hot a button and the twisted, sick, troubled, demented left doesn´t need any more rocks to hurl. I think the work that Jared and Ivanka are doing behind the scenes is outstanding.

Trump is enjoying sticking it to his "fake news" nemesis.

I think the liberal side of her would become more prominent. We had a courageous woman in Haley and she will be difficult to replace. There´s no hurry, the UN is sufficiently cowed to be quiet for a while.

You mean like President John F. Kennedy appointing his brother Robert F. Kennedy Attorney General?

You´re right, we can´t have that, because that would be wrong.

I believe a law was passed after JFK´s death that prevents a president from appointing family members to cabinet positions.
As I recall Clinton wanted to appoint Hillary to his cabinet but found out he could not.

In response to a viral video by a leftist singing about what she believes is the struggle of women in America, a conservative blogger posted her own female "empowerment" song. The viral feminist song by Lynzy Lab Stewart was inspired by President Trump saying it was a "scary time for young men in America," in reference to Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s mudslinging confirmation process. The theme of the song is that women´s struggles are far more significant than the struggles of men who are falsely accused. Stewart declares that she can´t "walk to her car late at night on the phone,"

CNN reported on Monday that Saudi Arabia is preparing a report in which they will admit that Jamal Khashoggi, the Washington Post columnist who went missing earlier this month, was killed in an “interrogation gone wrong.” Khashoggi, a prominent Saudi dissident, went missing after walking into the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2. Turkish officials said they have proof he was murdered and dismembered by a team of Saudi agents, a charge the Saudi government vehemently denied. Per two sources who spoke to CNN, however, the Saudis are preparing a report admitting that they intended to abduct and bring

SAN FRANCISCO— San Francisco has come to be known around the world as a place for aggressive panhandling, open-air drug use and sprawling tent camps, the dirt and despair all the more remarkable for the city´s immense wealth. Some streets are so filthy that officials launched a special "poop patrol." A young tech worker created "Snapcrap" — an app to report the filth. Morning commuters walk briskly past homeless people huddled against subway walls. In the city´s squalid downtown area, the frail and sick shuffle along in wheelchairs or stumble around, sometimes half-clothed. The situation has become so dire that

Dating in a big liberal city can be demoralizing, sometimes even hostile, when you´re a fan of The Donald.
