Media Fail: FBI Not Interested
in Feinstein’s Kavanaugh Hoax —
but ‘Pro’ Journos Take the Bait

The FBI will not be investigating Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) last-second attempt to smear Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. After countless hours of hearings, a number of in-depth background checks, thousands of questions asked and answered, and numerous one-on-one meetings with senators of both parties, at the very last second Feinstein dramatically released a letter (she has reportedly had in her possession for months) to the FBI.(Snip) According to the far-left Washington Post, however, the FBI is not interested and will not be investigating the matter.

It sounds as though the allegation involved a prank.

Nevertheless, left-wing outlets like NBC News ran with headlines that read, “Sexual allegation against Kavanaugh referred to FBI by top Democrat.”

And in that particular story, we have a prime example of what NBC News called “journalism.”

Two sources told NBC News the allegation was sexual in nature, but both said the letter writer was not specific in describing Kavanaugh’s alleged behavior. One source told NBC News the conduct described could allege sexual assault, but said it could also be a lesser allegation — and added the individual making the allegation would have to be more specific with law enforcement officials for any investigation to be able to move forward. It is sad that not one reporter asked this stuttering fool a single question about her Chinese chauffeur spy! After all the Feinsteins made gazillions with the Chinese. Would love to see this imbecilic woman trying to get back on the subject of a phony last minute witch investigation about Kavanaugh, which she kept secret for months.

How does locking a girl in a room constitute sexual misconduct? Could have been carrying things too far but with no further input I don´t see anything sexual.

I stuffed a female friend in a locker once in grade school. We were goofing around, best friend I ever had, well until I met her sister´s friend, Mrs Clinger. She got me good once with the old pull the chair trick.

I guess I should start making movies.

I do not have words to describe just show disgusting these people are. I can barely write these words because I am so angry and sickened. These people will stop at nothing.

The only good thing is that when this scum took out after Clarence Thomas during his hearings, I was so disgusted with Democrats then, and I was a Democrat, that it led me to leave the Democrat party. I pray that is happening to others today.

Of course it was sexual. The person allegedly locked briefly in a room identified as female while the two 17 year old pranksters self identified as toxic males. What more proof is necessary to convict the two pranksters on MSNBC besides knowing their gender preferences?

Even though nothing happened and nothing was supposed to happen, I am still shocked that these, how do I say, young males giggled when they shut the door. “You better unlock that door, Brett Kavanaugh. I don’t want to climb out that stupid window. Do you hear me? Shoot! If I didn’t like him, I would have yelled.” Just fiction, no different than Feinstein ridiculous smear.

Democrats are doing everything possible to keep Judge Brett Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court because they don’t want to confirm a conservative jurist who will faithfully and accurately apply the Constitution to cases that come before the high court. The framers who signed the Constitution knew it would need to change with changing times, so they set up a process to amend the document – a process that has led to the adoption of 27 amendments. It was never the intention of the framers to have Supreme Court justices effectively amend the Constitution with their decisions –

First, the Democrats claimed that Republicans didn’t want to hear from the accuser of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Then when Republicans said they’d love to hear from her, and would she please show up and testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Democrats suggested that such a request was sexist and cruel — that no hearing could be held without an FBI investigation. The job of the Senate Judiciary Committee is to vet a Supreme Court nominee and vote on whether the entire Senate can vote on the nomination. It is not a court of law. Consequently, it should not hear testimony from Christine Blasey Ford or Brett Kavanaugh regarding Ford’s allegation of sexual assault. Neither should it recommend that the FBI conduct an investigation. Christine Blasey Ford´s legal team has asked the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she sits down for a potential interview over her accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago, two sources told Fox News on Thursday night. Among the terms: Only members of the committee -- no lawyers -- can question her; Kavanaugh cannot be in the room at the time; and Kavanaugh should be questioned first, before he has the opportunity to hear Ford´s testimony. The requests, some of which appeared to be negotiable, capped a whirlwind

Giving Christine Blasey Ford the opportunity to testify about her unsubstantiated accusations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is, somehow, silencing her, Sen. Kristen Gillibrand (R-NY) declared Wednesday night. Refusing to launch an FBI investigation into Ford’s claims is also “silencing her,” Sen. Gillibrand said in a tweet: “Denying Dr. Ford an FBI investigation is silencing her. Forcing her into a sham hearing is silencing her. And pushing through Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation is silencing her.” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has offered Ford four options: A public hearing; A private hearing; A public staff interview;

Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, fired off a scorching letter to ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein demanding that she turn over the unredacted letter from Christine Blasey Ford, the liberal professor who’s accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault. “My staff has made repeated requests for this document — which has become a significant piece of evidence in Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation process — but your staff has so far refused to provide a copy of the letter,” Grassley wrote (see below). “I must review the unredacted letter that Dr. Ford sent to you, dated July

Snochia Moseley, 26, was at breaking point when she killed three people and herself in a shooting at a Rite Aid warehouse on Thursday, friends say. Moseley opened fire at her workplace at 9.06am, after arriving at the distribution facility in Enterprise Business Park. She shot outside the building, before continuing her rampage inside. Friend Toni Coley, who has known the woman since high school, told the Baltimore Sun Moseley often felt alienated, but she ´wasn’t a monster, wasn’t an angry person´. ´I just believe this was emotional distress. If she did this, it was her last straw,´ she said.

Paul (and Senator Orrin Hatch) has already mentioned the possibility that Dr. Ford’s allegation of sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh may be a case of mistaken identity, based in part on Ed Whelan’s cryptic tweets that Kavanaugh is going to be fully exonerated. This has set off of firestorm of rumors and expectations. Whalen has just now (6 pm eastern time) provided one specific scenario of this on Twitter, offering up a specific name (though careful to note that he makes no allegation of implication that the other person, Chris Garrett, assaulted Ford as claimed).

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) says that Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the professor who came forward with a sexual assault accusation against Brett Kavanaugh, should not be "bullied" into testifying Monday in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee without an FBI investigation being performed. In an interview with CNN, the Democratic senator says that committee members are bullying Ford by calling for her testimony without the support of corroborating witnesses or an FBI investigation into the credibility of her claim. "I don´t think she should be bullied into this scenario, where it´s a ´he-said, she-said´ when many of the committee members
