Barely Coherent: Supreme Court
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Makes an Appearance…

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 9/14/2018 5:44:33 AM

A few weeks ago American media began heavily promoting a generally odd video of Supreme Court Justice doing a workout. It seemed weird. Today, the motive of putting out that video becomes transparent. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears at an event hosted by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Watch: (Video) How long can the left-wing apparatchik maintain a ruse that Justice Ginsburg is fit to remain on the court?

Comments:
The photos are scary. She can barely hold her head up.

There is a boatload of libs nearing their expiration date. Will be interesting to see where we are in 5-10 years, if conservatives can hold on that long.

I think she has helped with her progressive views to have made it better then, then now. Time for her, Pelosi and that thing wearing pot holders, as pant suits, to learn how to watch Netflix and retire.

I disagree entirely with her. Because the Senate was once ´bipartican´ on nominees, we have idiots like Ruth, the liar Kagan and the racist, sexst Sotomayer on the court making up laws as they go. Had the Rebublicans employed the Kennedy Borking method, maybe one or two of the unelected black-robed demigods on the court would not have made it onto the Court.

I Did Ruth Bader Ginsburg´s Workout. It Nearly Broke Me. Pumping iron with RBG’s personal trainer is no joke.

Well, that was a real, live and up close moment brought to you by the Weekend At Bernie´s. Poor little communist. If that had been a constutionalist member of the Court, the left would be screaming and demanding that she step down. Isn’t it just the cutest thing to watch these leftist ideologues defend someone who is clearly unfit to serve on the Court. Her posture, syntax, and barely audible voice was alarming to witness. I had to wonder if she actually walked out on the stage under her own power or had been wheeled in like Hannibal Lecture. Regardless, it was very sad and disturbing.

Wouldn’t it be great if Republicans were successful in the midterms and shortly after Justice Ginsberg decides to retire? Imagine the meltdown! Conservatives would be delirious with joy. Let’s do our part to make that happen. Vote Red.

Kavanaugh is the last SC Justice Trump will be able to appoint unless he wins a second term. The GOP played the "not in your last year" card on Obama to stop the Merrick Garland appointment. That means we are down to about one year by the time Kavanaugh is confirmed. That puts us on a one year clock which the dems can find a way to run out, even if RBG can hang on.

That´s good reason to fight for our lives in the mid terms.

Old age hurts. I am old, my wife is old, almost all our friends are over 80. Everyone has some bone or tendon or poorly functioning organ or joint issue. Most take a pain management drug of some kind. Looking at how Ginsberg is moving and having to think before talking, she is in agony without serious drugs dulling the pain. This is horrible. And this woman is judging people- She most likely has trouble deciding on whether to get out of bed in the mornings. She says she has a routine exercise program. Nonsense. At that age, and with her arthritis issues, every movement is an experience in torture. Pain management is never enough to make you feel good. You are either in distracting pain or you are comfortable but incoherent and very sleepy.

She was holding on for Hillary to have the "honor" of replacing her. She is so angry now that Trump beat Felonia Von Pantsuit that she will refuse to leave the SCOTUS even if she has to be stuffed and propped at the bench. If it weren´t for her occasional movement, I´d believe that had already happened.

The liberals worship her like a god.

That is because she represents everything they believe in at this point and they are afraid of losing the imprimatur of the Supremes who have taken leave of their Constitution duty and supported tings not found in the Constitution.

When people are allowed to thing whatever they want without regard for the guiding principles laid out in the Constitution, then ANY crazy idea will play based on the Justices´ agendas--e.g. Sotomayer and Kagan

That tape provides all the evidence that anyone might need to prove that Collins and Murkowski or any other of the GOP’s reluctant debutantes really have no choice whatsoever in the vote to confirm Kavanaugh. Dithering on this nomination, even by permitting a delay, is an indefensible tactic in the battle for control of the Supreme Court. By sustaining this relic of another century on the court, the Democrats show that they are prepared to fight this battle to the death. Casually opportunistic Republicans like Collins and Murkowski may pose and posture for the media but that’s just a tease. Lose this battle over Kavanaugh and those two will be among the first casualties of the ensuing war.

Ruthie, Ruthie, Ruthie.

You should have retired when Obama was in office and your 40 year old replacement would be in his/her third year by now. But I´m glad you didn´t because if Trump doesn´t get to replace you this term, he will definitely get to do it in the next term.

She won´t retire to do what she likes because she is having such fun screwing America.

RBG´s immense ego and unearned sense of entitlement made her think she would live forever. But God works in very mysterious ways and replacing 3 judges on the Supreme Court just might be what He really wanted all along!

I read a bunch of the responses here and here is my take. This an old woman suffering from cancer and ready to die. I cannot wait until she is replaced because she does not care what the constitution says, only what she believes it should say.
Having said that, I can´t wait until some of you younger critics come face to face with old age, illness, and the misery they bring. How she looks has absolutely nothing to do with her mental agility. I´m a few years behind her and I´m still pretty physically active. I hurt every morning when I get up, but I am able to conduct my business without any problem. Just keep in mind that if you´re lucky, you will be able to enjoy your life and your family even though you´re not the dashing bon vivant you see yourself as now.

America needs Kavanaugh on the
Supreme Court – Here’s why
Fox News, by Frank Miniter    Original Article

Democrats are doing everything possible to keep Judge Brett Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court because they don’t want to confirm a conservative jurist who will faithfully and accurately apply the Constitution to cases that come before the high court. The framers who signed the Constitution knew it would need to change with changing times, so they set up a process to amend the document – a process that has led to the adoption of 27 amendments. It was never the intention of the framers to have Supreme Court justices effectively amend the Constitution with their decisions –

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz on Friday rejected the idea that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh´s accuser should be believed simply because she is a woman, and said people who say "I believe her" are basing that assessment on almost zero evidence. "The most disturbing thing is these people who are on television, some people I know and respect, [who say] ´I believe her,´" Dershowitz said on Fox News. "You never met her. You don´t know anything about her," he said. "Are women born with a special gene for telling the truth, and men with a special gene for lying?"

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Friday said that Brett Kavanaugh will be on the Supreme Court "in the very near future" even as President Trump´s nominee faces a sexual assault allegation. "You´ve watched the fight, you´ve watched the tactics, but here´s what I want to tell you: In the very near future Judge Kavanaugh will be on the United States Supreme Court," McConnell said while speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C. He added that Trump has "nominated a stunningly successful individual" and told conservatives not to get "rattled" because Senate Republicans are going to "plow right

First, the Democrats claimed that Republicans didn’t want to hear from the accuser of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Then when Republicans said they’d love to hear from her, and would she please show up and testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Democrats suggested that such a request was sexist and cruel — that no hearing could be held without an FBI investigation. Now, in an attempt to look forthcoming without actually coming forth with any credible information, the accuser’s lawyers are playing games with the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The job of the Senate Judiciary Committee is to vet a Supreme Court nominee and vote on whether the entire Senate can vote on the nomination. It is not a court of law. Consequently, it should not hear testimony from Christine Blasey Ford or Brett Kavanaugh regarding Ford’s allegation of sexual assault. Neither should it recommend that the FBI conduct an investigation. (Snip)I’ll describe a constitutional and practical reason the committee is not the appropriate forum for the Ford matter, and discuss two dangers that could occur if the committee deals with Ford’s allegations.

NEW YORK — Billionaire George Soros is a financial contributor to The Collective, a little-known but increasingly influential political organization that says it is seeking to build a “black political power” movement in the U.S., Federal Election Commission records show. The Collective was one of the primary donors central to funding Andrew Gillum’s recent meteoric rise in the Tallahassee mayor’s successful primary fight for Florida’s Democratic gubernatorial nomination. It reportedly injected nearly $2 million into Gillum’s campaign, funding television and radio ads, get-out-the-vote drives, and playing a key role in helping Gillum defeat his Democratic opponents,

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the California researcher who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault in 1982, has not filed a police report with local authorities. By Ford’s telling, the alleged assault took place at a house party in Montgomery County, Maryland, making county police the appropriate venue for a criminal probe. Thus far, Ford’s attorneys have said federal investigators should handle the accusations. Sgt. Rebecca Innocenti, a spokesperson for the Montgomery County Police, told The Daily Caller News Foundation the department has not yet received a complaint from Ford relating to her sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh.

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s wife Ashley Estes Kavanaugh has received a battery of death threats in recent days, after allegations appeared in the press that the judge sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford in 1982. The vivid missives are just one iteration of the inflamed rhetoric surrounding Kavanaugh’s nomination to the high court, following Ford’s accusations. The Ford family has similarly been threatened. “May you, your husband and your kids burn in hell,” one message to Mrs. Kavanaugh read. Another told Mrs. Kavanaugh to put a bullet in her husband’s skull.

Since high school keg parties at the elite prep schools attended by Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey are now a matter of consuming interest to the Democrat-media complex, it is perhaps telling that the high school yearbooks of Holton Arms, the school attended by Blasey, have been scrubbed from the web. Watching the slow, public evisceration of U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh by Senate Democrats —on the strength of one unsubstantiated charge of alleged sexual aggression 36 years ago when Kavanaugh was in high school — a question comes to mind: Have you no sense of decency, Sen. Feinstein? Decency was once an important feature of the Democratic Party’s story. Long before Bork became a verb, long before Clarence Thomas was dragged through the mud because a conservative black man proved a profound threat to Democrats, the party held fast to the notion of decency.

Giving Christine Blasey Ford the opportunity to testify about her unsubstantiated accusations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is, somehow, silencing her, Sen. Kristen Gillibrand (R-NY) declared Wednesday night. Refusing to launch an FBI investigation into Ford’s claims is also “silencing her,” Sen. And pushing through Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation is silencing her.” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has offered Ford four options: A public hearing; A private hearing; A public staff interview;

Christine Blasey Ford´s legal team has asked the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she sits down for a potential interview over her accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago, two sources told Fox News on Thursday night. The requests, some of which appeared to be negotiable, capped a whirlwind

Moseley opened fire at her workplace at 9.06am, after arriving at the distribution facility in Enterprise Business Park. She shot outside the building, before continuing her rampage inside. Paul (and Senator Orrin Hatch) has already mentioned the possibility that Dr. Ford’s allegation of sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh may be a case of mistaken identity, based in part on Ed Whelan’s cryptic tweets that Kavanaugh is going to be fully exonerated. This has set off of firestorm of rumors and expectations. Whalen has just now (6 pm eastern time) provided one specific scenario of this on Twitter, offering up a specific name (though careful to note that he makes no allegation of implication that the other person, Chris Garrett, assaulted Ford as claimed).
