It´s about time we find out if the Logan Act has claws!

Arrest that rotten traitor the moment he sets foot back on US soil. Then we can have fun watching Kerry and his pals in the press go nuts running around in circles and bouncing off the walls trying to spin this thing.

Meanwhile, Kerry spends millions defending himself. We won´t bankrupt him, but we can make a dent and drive him crazy! Who knows, perhaps we´ll prevail and throw his rotten keester in prison.

He is a private citizen, trying to "salvage" a deal that was NEVER SIGNED by anyone, and never agreed to by the Senate as a treaty.

It was air to begin with, he has no authority.

Hard to envision a more foolish pointless effort....but then again, John Effin Kerry has always been a foolish, pointless man.

I prefer to see this as something more nefarious than a simple Logan act violation. I see this as part of a larger phenomenon wherein certain government and former government elites have refused to accept the outcome of a legal election putting themselves above the country, constitution and we the people. This is sedition and when involving a genuine enemy, (death to America anyone?) elevates to treason.

This is taking the coup to the next level by placing the shadow government in the role of doing official government business. Do they think they can just nudge the constitutional government aside? What next, do they start directing the military to take action?

Has this progressed to open rebellion?

One positive with Trump, he won’t give Iran a dime, let alone $1.8 billion, to have them release Kerry & Taylor if their taken hostage.

The Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) is a single federal statute making it a crime for a citizen to confer with foreign governments against the interests of the United States. Specifically, it prohibits citizens from negotiating with other nations on behalf of the United States without authorization.

California Gov. Barack Obama trashed President Trump on Monday night while speaking about ways to mobilize Americans to bring about social change at an Obama Foundation Summit in Chicago. Arrogant Obama accused President Trump of ignoring the climate change hoax because he’s a racist with mommy issues. “The reason we don’t” invest in climate change policies, Obama said, “is because we are still confused, blind, shrouded with hate, anger, racism…mommy issues.” The audience of drones laughed after Obama trashed Trump. Obama stuttered as he continued to talk about himself and even bragged about being called “Spock.” “I mean, we — we are

After I knocked a couple of times, she answered the door with her husband just behind her. She looked petrified and her husband looked menacing behind her. When I made my pitch about Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke, her husband yelled, ‘We’re not interested.’

The Australian marsupial can pass up to 100 deposits of poop a night and they use the piles to mark territory. The shape helps it stop rolling away. Despite having round anuses like other mammals, wombats do not produce round pellets, tubular coils or messy piles. Researchers revealed on Sunday the varied elasticity of the intestines help to sculpt the poop into cubes. "The first thing that drove me to this is that I have never seen anything this weird in biology. That was
