W responds as Dow roars back.
Today's Short Cuts have been delayed no doubt due to the terrible headaches
the folks at AOL Time Warner have this morning. They provide our high speed
connection without which it would take about three hours to write and link
Short Cuts. It's okay with us. We consider this payback for their
not-so-secret liberal agenda all these years. We will get back to you later
this morning when they get over feeling sorry for themselves.
