Senate Dem denounces Farrakhan´s remarks

Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) ripped Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan on Thursday after the minister posted an antisemitic tweet. "This is unacceptable in a progressive coalition or any political coalition. Antisemitism has no place in American society. We must reject this, left right and center," Schatz said. (Tweet) Schatz was responding to a tweet from Farrakhan posted on Wednesday in which the minister said, "the FBI has been the worst enemy of Black advancement. The Jews have control over those agencies of government." (Tweet) Farrakhan has come under fire in recent days for a speech given last month in

There are more democrats that agree with Farrakhan than do not. This denouncement is for public consumption, with mid-term elections looming. Never, never trust a democrat!

Schatz has a special interest to oppose Farrakhan’s antisemitic political agenda, he is Jewish, so what would you expect him to say?

Unfortunately most Democrats, including Barack Obama, ignore and stay silent when it comes to Farrakhan and his antisemitic agenda because they recognize that Farrakhan has influence over a lot of potential Democrat votes in Black communities.

Roseanne Barr to Jimmy Kimmel: Yeah,

Roseanne Barr told Jimmy Kimmel on a recent “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” segment that yes, indeed, she voted for Donald Trump for president — and she did so because the left went so far left that it left even liberals like her buzzing. It’s such fun when liberals turn on their own, even when the tone is joking. Here’s how it went down, hat tip to the Blaze for noting: Kimmel opened discussions by pointing out Roseanne’s new show, a reboot of the old, includes political discussions that are fiery and divided, even among family members.Barr agreed, but said the show

Once Again, I Ask: Why Vote Republican?

Every few months, Republicans behave stupidly, causing their voters to again ask themselves, "Why vote Republican?" Supporting congressional Republicans seems an exercise in futility – Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown, ready to kick a conservative field goal, only to have Lucy pull the football away at the last second. I have asked this question several times on these pages. We all know the words to the Republican song we have heard every two years for the past decade. The first verse was written in 2010, when Republicans claimed they needed to win the House so they could repeal

Just days after the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, which killed 17 people, students-turned-activists echoed the words “never again” and “not one more,” pushing lawmakers for increased gun control and better school safety. Many of the Parkland students, who have primarily taken to social media to champion these issues, have met with President Trump and Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., among others to demand action. One shooting survivor Cameron Kasky, a junior at the high school, wrote an op-ed about his experience, demanding Congress to take action. Other Parkland shooting survivors have organized events. House ethics panel orders payments from

Ending congressional investigations pending for years, the House Ethics Committee on Thursday determined that, in separate cases, U.S. Reps. Luis Gutierrez and Bobby Rush, Illinois Democrats, violated House rules and ordered payments made to the U.S. Treasury. The Rush reviews had been prompted by a Better Government Association / Chicago Sun-Times investigation of the congressman’s paying zero rent on a campaign office in the Lake Meadows strip mall on the South Side for 20 years. The 10-member House ethics panel — evenly divided between Republicans and Democrats — also handed Rush and Gutierrez each a public reprimand called a “reproval.”

Barack Obama is set to rake in $1.3million for a whistle-stop speaking tour of Australia and New Zealand. The former US President has already raked in thousands for an appearance at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney. After a one-day stop-over in Australia, Obama boarded a plane to New Zealand where he spent three days on engagements, meeting dignitaries and playing golf. Next on his one-week tour is Japan and Singapore, and he is expected to earn seven figures for his work. (Photos/Video) According to the Daily Telegraph, the 44th President of the US signed up to

This is a story that will not die easily, because there are actual dots that connect and lead – or give the appearance to leading – to the Clinton Global Initiative and Hillary Clinton´s secretary of state office. The Uranium One scandal is a kickback, bribery, and corruption affair that sent several Russian and American officials in the uranium industry to jail. But the connection between the Russians and the Clinton Foundation has always interested investigators because you can draw a line from Russian donations to the foundation and the decision to sell the Uranium One mining company to Russia.

Trump announced Friday in a press conference he will sign the Pelosi-Ryan uniparty monstrosity of a spending bill. The bill funds all of the Democrat pet projects and spends less than .1% on the border security barriers and no wall. The Ryan Omnibus plan will also double the H-2B visas in the United States. This goes against Trump’s MAGA agenda. We shouldn’t be surprised. Paul Ryan never set out to support Trump’s agenda.Audio of Paul Ryan speaking on a conference call to House Republicans saying he would never defend Trump emerged almost a year ago to this date. BREAKING: President Trump signed the $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill Friday despite an earlier threat to veto the legislation due to the lack of border wall funding and a fix for DACA. EARLIER STORY: President Trump sparked fears of an impending government shutdown Friday by threatening to veto a $1.3 trillion spending bill passed by Congress, citing the lack of a deal that would include protection for illegal immigrants brought to the country as children in return for funding for a wall. Trump tweeted that he was considering the veto, saying that recipients of the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood

On March 16, I spent the day with my family waiting to hear whether I would be fired, after 21 years in the FBI and one day before I qualified for my long-planned, earned retirement. As day turned to night, I had a lot of time to reflect on how it would feel to be separated from the organization I loved — and led — and the mission that has been the central focus of my professional life. Despite all the preparation for the worst-case scenario, I still felt disoriented and sick to my stomach. Around 10 p.m., a friend called

David Hogg has become the face of the Parkland high school shooting, eclipsing the tragic memories of the 17 victims who were murdered by Nicolas Cruz. Hogg has been rabidly elevated as a media celebrity by the mainstream press, who found a willing mouthpiece to push their anti-Second Amendment agenda. In a profanity-laced, rambling interview with The Outline, Hogg slammed the NRA and pro-Second Amendment politicians, calling them “sick f**kers.” (Video warning: language) The Outline hosts treated Hogg as if her were a Constitutional scholar and gun expert rolled into one. His answers proved, once again, he is neither. “It just makes

President Trump signed the 1.2 trillion dollar Omnibus bill today with open frustration over both the process and the product of that bill. (Snip) What wasn’t said was how the Republican and Democrat leadership worked together to force POTUS Trump’s hand and create a voter backlash they hope will fracture Mr. Trump’s base of support among millions of Americans. “How could he sign this bill?” said one Trump supporter on Twitter. “WTF??? This was the opposite of MAGA,” said another. “Trump just gave 1.2 trillion to the swamp,” was another comment. If the above reactions represent the feelings of a majority

President Donald Trump yanked the government back to the brink of a shutdown on Friday morning with a tweet threatening “a VETO” of a $1.3 trillion spending bill that Congress had cleared just hours earlier. Trump’s declaration of a possible veto — citing the spending bill’s lack of full funding for his border wall and attention to undocumented immigrants known as Dreamers — comes as many lawmakers who would have to override his rejection or pass a stopgap funding measure are already on the way out of Washington for a two-week recess. The president’s top aides said Thursday he would
