Obama-era cash traced
to Iran-backed terrorists

Washington Times, by Bill Gertz

The U.S. government has traced some of the $1.7 billion released to Iran by the Obama administration to Iranian-backed terrorists in the two years since the cash was transferred. According to knowledgeable sources, Iran has used the funds to pay its main proxy, the Lebanon-based terrorist group Hezbollah, along with the Quds Force, Iran’s main foreign intelligence and covert action arm and element of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps. The U.S. money supplied to Iran as part of an arms settlement dating back to the 1970s also has been traced to Iran’s backing of Houthi rebels seeking to take power in Yemen.

Comments:
How shocking. s/o All the leaders in Iran are terrorists and enemies of this country, not just Hezbollah. And the Democrats and the media constantly accuse Trump of treason? Isn´t this treason when you support enemies of our country?? I doubt that we will ever know the extent of the damage Obama did to our country because of this criminal behavior. He is one evil man who continues to remain untouched because the media and the Democrats protect him. We are really in a sorry state in this country.

No surprise here.
It has been long known (by LDotters, at least) that former Pres Obama was a big fan of Islam and wanted to help them in any way possible. If this meant also doing bodily harm to Jews, all the better.
I have been mocked and derided for this opinion. But my opinion still stands.
That our bribe money went to Hezbollah is no surprise. That U S weapons also went to Hezbollah would also not surprise me.
But the truth will eventually come out.

#1 Amen! No different than the drone that suspiciously landed in Iran and obama wouldn´t let Special Forces or Special Ops go get nor would he let it be destroyed by our air power. So Iran got one of our drones and all of its technology solely because of obama. Treasonous SOB!

Notice how something this serious and such strong substantiation of what many warned would happen is greeted with an apathetic shrug by most media, and barely a peep out of Congress.

I think we´re nearly submerged in --if i may borrow from Hannah Arendt-- a quicksand of the "banality of evil."

Nice to know what a big state sponsor of terror the US is. My role in terrorism almost makes me forget that I finance the murder of children.

I won´t be in the mood to hear about how we are one country for a while.

I would not doubt there was a "special payment" made to some Cayman Island account for a few of those who worked on the release of the Iranian cash.

And, I´ll bet more than a few folks were involved in helping those European companies gain the contracts with Iran, after the cash was un-frozen.

Mark Zuckerberg colludes with Russia

The Bolshevik Revolution turned 100 last October. As Friday’s indictment of Russia´s Internet Research Agency reminds us, it´s been 100 years of tyrannical and murderous Russian regimes working to subvert democracy wherever they can and distort American public opinion by any means they can devise. (Snip) As of this week, Mark Zuckerberg, owner of Facebook, is now directly colluding with Putin to influence world opinion in favor of the tyrant´s regime. It’s happening before your very eyes. Zuckerberg created one of the world’s largest and most important platforms for spreading news and information — and fake news and disinformation. It was

Say Something, Do Nothing – FBI Statement

The specificity here is pretty damning. The FBI released a stunning admission today admitting they received prior a specific warning about Broward County Nikolas Cruz and his threats to carry out a school shooting. The FBI took no action. (Snip) The backdrop of this admission is especially troublesome as the FBI previously also admitted they were forewarned about the Tsarnaev brothers in the Boston Marathon Bombing 2013 and did nothing; and perhaps even more disturbing was the prior warning about the 2016 Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooter Omar Mateen. […] Mateen’s background, however, was checked again by G4S in 2013 after the

ICE arrests 212 illegals, targets
122 businesses in LA sweep

Federal deportation officers staged one of the biggest enforcement actions in years against businesses in Los Angeles this week, arresting 212 people and serving audit notices to 122 businesses who will have to prove they aren’t hiring illegal immigrants. Nearly all of those arrested were convicted criminals, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ICE said it targeted Los Angeles because it’s a sanctuary city, meaning it refuses to fully cooperate with federal authorities on deportations from within its jails. That means agents and officers have to go out into the community, said Thomas D. Homan, the agency’s deputy director.

Best president: JFK tops,

The nation’s adoration of moderate former Democratic President John F. Kennedy continues, making him the most popular recent president, according to a new survey. A new University of Virginia Center for Politics-Reuters/Ipsos survey, released in advance of President´s Day, found on a 1 to 10 rating that Kennedy had the best, followed by Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama. And while another recent poll found that Reagan was the past president most wanted to return to the White House, it is now Obama at the top. A previous version of this story inaccurately quoted the poll. In the survey, President Trump

Washington Examiner, by Diana Stancy Correll    Original Article

Special counsel Robert Mueller is not yet done investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election after indicting 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities for seeking to interfere in the 2016 election, according to a report Friday. The indictments cover just a portion of the investigation, which is expected to continue on for months, a person familiar with the probe told Bloomberg. The probe is also seeking to determine if Trump obstructed justice, the person said. Mueller has not publicly confirmed that his team has ever looked into possible efforts obstruct justice.

The criminal indictment of 13 Russians for allegedly trying to influence “U.S. political and electoral processes” provides no evidence of any collusion between these Russians – or any other Russian officials – and the Trump campaign in the 2016 presidential race. While the description of alleged Russian activities is very troubling, it is important to note that the indictment makes no mention of any hacking or other activity that changed ballots, vote counts, or actually interfered with the election. In essence, the indictment is for trying to run the typical type of public misinformation campaign that the Soviet KGB was

The Supreme Court appears poised to reject the Justice Department’s request to overturn a lower court order requiring the continued administration of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program. The high court’s Friday afternoon orders list showed no action on the petition, a strong indication it will be denied. Scheduling constraints require the court to act quickly if they intend to hear the case before adjourning this summer. The Supreme Court sits from early October to late June, and the schedule for a given term is generally set by January. If the justices planned to add a case to their

In June, 2006, Donald Trump taped an episode of his reality-television show, “The Apprentice,” at the Playboy Mansion, in Los Angeles. Hugh Hefner, Playboy’s publisher, threw a pool party for the show’s contestants with dozens of current and former Playmates, including Karen McDougal, a slim brunette who had been named Playmate of the Year, eight years earlier. In 2001, the magazine’s readers voted her runner-up for “Playmate of the ’90s,” behind Pamela Anderson. At the time of the party, Trump had been married to the Slovenian model Melania Knauss for less than two years; their son, Barron, was a few

In a video announcing his campaign titled "Ready to Serve," Romney hit out at the Trump administration, saying Washington was sending out a "message of exclusion" to immigrants. "Utah has a lot to teach the politicians in Washington," Romney says in the video. In a clear dig at the Trump administration´s current immigration crackdown, the former presidential candidate says: "Utah welcomes legal immigrants from around the world.
