Inside a courtroom Wednesday, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry´s office filed criminal charges against the twice-deported man arrested in a drunken driving crash that killed two men, including an Indianapolis Colts player. Outside, Curry issued a statement blasting President Donald Trump. “We are disheartened that ghoulish and inappropriate public commentary has politicized this tragedy," said Curry, a Democrat. "Much of such commentary, including tweets by the president, fails to acknowledge that both Edwin Jackson and Jeffrey Monroe lost their lives on Sunday." Friends and family of Jackson and Monroe

Comments:
Trump doesn´t realize that all illegal immigrants are as pure as the wind-driven snow - just here to work hard - and vote Democrat.

There wouldn´t be this tragedy if politics were not involved..Obama was determined to have millions of future Dem voters no matter the consequences to American citizens.

Nice try. There is nothing political about felonies committed by people who have snuck across our sovereign border. It´s a criminal issue.

Woman advocate for illegals was on Tucker Carlson last night telling us that we need the skills that immigrants have because Americans don´t have them. AND the public overwhelmingly supports more immigration.

Of course a lawbreaker who is part of a huge political issue will be politicized.

Democrat prosecutor looking for favor in the DNC by politicizing the event. Trump is 100% correct. This prosecutor and his ideas are what caused the football player and his friends deaths.

Certainly no one politicizes anything they say against Trump, do they Mr. Curry, who said his opinion, and Trump has said his. I agree with PDT.

I hold both Terry Curry and Dick Durbin responsible for this fine young man´s murder at the hands of their agent, a twice deported illegal alien serial killer.

Former congresswoman and mass shooting survivor Gabby Giffords is calling out Florida Gov. Rick Scott over his inaction on gun violence and ties to the National Rifle Association a week after 17 people were killed in a school shooting in Parkland, Florida. Giffords rolled out an ad campaign against the governor on Tuesday, including what she called a "six-figure ad buy" to air a commercial targeting Scott. The 30-second ad opens with video from vigils for shooting victims in Florida, naming off "Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, [and] Parkland" in reference to the three mass shootings at Pulse nightclub in June 2016,

A coalition that includes a Latino membership organization and a former Massachusetts governor filed lawsuits on Wednesday challenging how four U.S. states allocate their Electoral College votes in presidential elections. The lawsuits were filed in federal courts in Massachusetts and California, states that went for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016, and South Carolina and Texas, where a majority of votes went to Republican U.S. President Donald Trump. Family and friends are not surprised that Jeanna Leslie offered a helping hand to a stranger. But they are shocked that the stranger, a man described as homeless, stabbed her to death with kitchen knives in a bloody attack in her own home, according to police. She had just moved to Denver from Texas a few months ago. Police found Leslie’s body in her downtown loft early on Valentine’s Day after she failed to pick up her children to go to a Nuggets game, the Denver Post reported. The 49-year-old mother of four had been stabbed multiple times. Blood was

BILLINGS, Mont. — A 53-year-old Illinois man who fell to his death in Yellowstone National Park last year was looking for a supposed hidden cache of gold and jewels that has inspired thousands to hunt in vain across remote corners of the Western U.S., according to a report by park authorities. Billings, Montana, news station KULR-TV reports that Jeff Murphy of Batavia, Illinois, was looking for the treasure that antiquities dealer and author Forrest Fenn said he stashed somewhere in the Rocky Mountains several years ago. Russian bots aren´t pro-Republican or pro-Democrat: they´re simply anti-American. That´s the conclusion many are reaching in the wake of the indictments recently handed out by Special Counsel Robert Mueller against 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities who allegedly enacted a sophisticated plot to wage “information warfare” against the United States. Marat Mindiyarov, a former commenter at the Internet Research Agency, says the organization´s Facebook department hired people with excellent English skills to sway U.S. public opinion through an elaborate social media campaign. His own experience at the agency makes him trust the U.S. indictment, Mindiyarov told The Associated Press.

At a birthday party for Hillary Clinton in October, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) delivered a toast — and a sobering thought — for the evening’s attendees: “If Hillary couldn’t win the White House, I don’t know which woman can.” (Snip) More pointedly, the rise of the #MeToo movement and Trump’s own controversies with women make it feel incongruous for Democrats to name a white male as their candidate in the next presidential race. “The MeToo movement is a powerful force that could lead to Democratic midterm wins in 2018 and victory in the 2020 presidential race,” said Democratic strategist Brad
