What if the Iran Deal Was a Mistake?
Slate, by Joshua Keating

Original Article

Posted By:garnet, 2/6/2018 8:04:46 AM

On May 15, 2015, just a few months before the U.S. and other world powers signed a nuclear deal with Iran, President Barack Obama convened what was to be a high-profile meeting of Middle East leaders at Camp David. King Salman of Saudi Arabia, however, was a no-show. King Hamad of Bahrain elected to go to a horse show in the U.K. instead. The elderly rulers of Oman and the UAE also stayed home, citing health concerns. This was widely seen as a snub by leaders deeply angered by the soon-to-be-signed nuclear deal and an overall sense that the Obama administration was shifting politically toward Tehran.

#6 it was in the news back then.
There were many articles written about it.
Might not have been on TV as it was not entertaining information though.

"What if"?? Are they kidding or are they actually this clueless?

It was obvious as hell from the beginning that this gave the Iranians all that they wanted and screwed us over entirely.

Valerie Jarrett was raised in Iran by her America-hating Communist parents, and is clearly a serious Iran-lover and America hater, pulling The Zero´s strings, and The Zero was a jihadi supporter, so they made a deal that both could love.

Bad deal, should be scrapped.

With the Iranians holding a key position in the Doorknob Hussein´s administration, this was a done deal. Abedin and Val prostituted themselves to influence Doorknob, Hillary, Kerry, and the rest of Keystone cops in Washington. Doorknob was too Dumb to be dealing with a daily complicated issues at the WH. Over half of voting American, in drunken stupor, voted for this nobody who may have left a legacy of permanent social and economic damage to this country.

Skip to the last paragraph, then don´t bother to read the rest. The writer is an idiot:

"The current administration is probably a lost cause, but if a future president wants to take productive lessons from the Obama era, it’s that we should give up on the idea that we can pivot away from the Middle East or that one deal—even a deal to prevent a aggressive power from acquiring a nuclear weapon—should take precedence over all other issues."

Great excerpt, #13. If you are a terrorist nation with nuclear weapons that you are itching to use there ARE no other issues. It´s checkmate.

Mueller indictments still miss the

Lewis Carroll once wrote in praise of adjectives, saying that “adjectives you can do anything with, but not verbs.” That is certainly true with the latest indictments by special counsel Robert Mueller of 13 Russians for interfering with the 2016 presidential election. For the White House, the entire report comes down to a single adjective. Let’s see if you can spot it: The Russian defendants “communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign.”Despite a 37-page indictment with a long narrative on a coordinated Russian campaign of interference, the most newsworthy fact comes from the carefully placed adjective “unwitting.”

What Do We Do about the
Biased and Incompetent FBI?

It´s bad enough for a law enforcement agency to be biased. It´s even worse for it to be biased and incompetent. But the latter seems to be an apt characterization of our Federal Bureau of Investigation in the wake of the killings in Parkland, Florida, where, by their own admission, the organization overlooked warnings about the killer that could have saved seventeen students and teachers from mass murder. This is no mere bureaucratic slip-up and the demand by Governor Scott for the resignation of FBI Director Wray is understandable considering the number of dead children in his state. The incompetence,

Some women don´t want reproductive

Many women are disgusted with the Republican Party, for not-so-mysterious reasons. That has left many liberals hoping for landslide victories in 2018 and beyond. They should moderate their expectations. As much as Republicans´ behavior offends many women, there will always be some women who find the Democrats more unpalatable still. And abortion is the biggest reason why. Some women simply won´t consider supporting a party that trumpets its commitment to "abortion rights." I should know. I´m one of them. Pro-life women are not especially rare. About 38 percent of American women believe that abortion should be illegal in most or all cases.

Comforter in Chief

What is the correct response to mass shootings? Is it legislation or leadership? At the national level, it should be the kind of consistent, persistent leadership that comes from a clear vision and the right words. President Donald Trump displayed an important flash of leadership on Thursday in his address to the nation after the school massacre in Florida. His words were thoughtful, comforting and even inspiring. But playing comforter in chief for the length of a news cycle won´t be enough. It is the responsibility of Trump, and of other leaders, to try and make a lasting impact on the

While the media is filled with stories and theories about Trump’s interactions — or lack thereof — with Russia, not enough attention is being paid to revelations about pro-Hillary Clinton operatives’ use of opposition research that ostensibly came from Russia. With the Democrats unable to govern and lacking much of an affirmative agenda, they want Russia to be the story. Yet with each passing day, more seems to be revealed that not only undercuts the absolute faith Democrats have in the Trump-Russia collusion narrative but also demonstrates just how much they did and how far they were willing to go

Obamacare’s Own Private Idaho

While the nation remains transfixed by the deep state skullduggery employed to install Hillary Clinton in the White House, a quiet revolution has been gathering steam in flyover country. The latest skirmish was fought on February 7, when the Idaho House Health and Welfare Committee voted to send Governor Butch Otter’s less restrictive alteration to Obamacare to the full Idaho House of Representatives. The opening salvo took the form of a January executive order from Otter requiring the state’s Department of Insurance to examine all options for making health coverage affordable for Idahoans, whether or not they complied with Obamacare:

Will the FISA memo turn

The Hill [Washington, DC], by Sebastion Gorka    Original Article

Forty-six years ago, a group of hamfisted burglars bungled the task of bugging the Democratic National Committee’s offices in the Watergate building in Washington D.C. Two years later, Richard Nixon resigned as president a result of the failed cover-up that ensued. Although Barack Obama is no longer president, the abuses that occurred within the FBI and Justice Department under his watch already have the potential to eclipse the Watergate scandal in their historic significance and damage done to American government. A Beltway adage has it that “it’s always the cover-up that’ll get you, not the original transgression.”

U.S. figure skater Adam Rippon did not medal in his final event at the 2018 Winter Olympics, but he remains an Olympic star nonetheless. Rippon emerged as a fan favorite during the Olympics, loved especially for the artistic beauty of his routine, his honesty and hilarious tweets. He also made headlines for a feud with Vice President Mike Pence over the politician’s stance on gay rights. The skater took home a bronze medal in the team event for figure skating. Rippon finished in the men’s figure skating long program Friday, and although he didn’t earn a medal in that event, it was

In June, 2006, Donald Trump taped an episode of his reality-television show, “The Apprentice,” at the Playboy Mansion, in Los Angeles. Hugh Hefner, Playboy’s publisher, threw a pool party for the show’s contestants with dozens of current and former Playmates, including Karen McDougal, a slim brunette who had been named Playmate of the Year, eight years earlier. In 2001, the magazine’s readers voted her runner-up for “Playmate of the ’90s,” behind Pamela Anderson. Matthew Wilkas, Kenworthy’s boyfriend, gave Kenworthy a good-luck kiss before a qualifying run on Sunday in South Korea. “That was like a peck,” Wilkas, who wore a “USGay” t-shirt to the event, tells TIME afterwards from the bottom of the slopestyle course at the Phoenix Snow Park. “We should have made out in front of people.” Kenworthy didn’t know the TV cameras caught

Lindsey Vonn didn´t have to make any excuses for her sixth-place finish in Saturday´s super-G at the 2018 Winter Olympics. TV analysts, newspaper writers, Twitter users and fans were already making them for her: Since Vonn happened to be the first skier out of the gate, she was at a tremendous disadvantage, one that proved fatal when she slipped near the end of the course, costing her precious time that would have easily won her gold.
