Well, well, well… here’s a surprise. Office of Inspector General has apparently begun giving Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte the 1.2 million pages of evidence from the year-long inspector general investigation into FBI and DOJ politicization: (Snip) As previously discussed, Inspector General Michael Horowitz had promised to deliver around 1.2 million pages of documents from his investigation to Chairman Bob Goodlatte on/around January 15th, 2018. The DOJ Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs is Stephen Boyd; he’s a Trump appointment and replaced the politically corrupt Peter Kadzik (John Podesta’s pal). Boyd is the liaison between the DOJ and Congress responsible for complying with

Comments:
Things are really heating up! That will take forever to go over a million pages of evidence. That amount of evidence is almost incomprehensible.

An old Clinton tactic is to respond to document requests by flooding the requester with thousands of irrelevant documents while carefully "forgetting" to include the few really incriminating items.

I heard a reporter from Wash Examiner saying a lot of the stuff that Sundance has been reporting on CTH on Fox this evening.

It is starting to break out.

I sure hope that this goes the way I think it will, with a LOT of folks going to prison.

I´m optimistic that the IG actually did his job and surfaced all the corruption that´s been going on. BUT, I never forget the IG was appointed by Barry and he obviously had a reason for it (a willingness to cover-up libtard malfeasance). By the time anyone finally finishes reading 1,200,000 pages, they may conclude nothing to see here except maybe pointing fingers at the lower ranks but not the higher ups who did all the corruption.

We wouldn´t have to worry about an IG doing his job if we had an Attorney General doing HIS JOB.
Has anyone seen or heard from Jeff Sessions lately?

More than 130 congressional members have viewed the classified four-page memo detailing what senior government officials describe as “disturbing and explosive” surveillance abuse by employees of the FBI and Department of Justice under the Obama administration against President Trump and members of his campaign. But almost all of them were Republicans. Since the document was released Thursday to House members “only Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee have seen it,” a congressional source with knowledge of the memo said. (Snip) Congressional officials expect the classified memo to be made available to the public before the end of the month. In order to

Jeff Zucker, the former head of NBCUniversal and current leader of Time Warner’s CNN, has emerged as a surprise candidate to lead Walt Disney’s ESPN. Rumors began circulating this week in media circles that the TV executive who first rose to greater renown by boosting the fortunes of NBC’s “Today” show could be in consideration to replace John Skipper at Disney’s massive sports-media juggernaut. Skipper left ESPN late last year, citing a substance-addiction problem. An ESPN spokesman declined to comment, and spokespersons for CNN, Time Warner and its Turner cable-TV unit did not respond to queries seeking comment. Disney CEO Robert Iger

NEW YORK — Motorists would have to shell out $11.52 to drive into the busiest parts of Manhattan under a new proposal floated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo to ease traffic congestion and raise vital funds for mass transit. Trucks would pay even more — $25.34 — while taxi cabs, Uber rides and for-hire vehicles would be charged between $2 and $5 per ride. The pricing zone would cover Manhattan south of 60th Street. The idea, called “congestion pricing,” involves using electronic tolling to charge vehicles for entering certain parts of town during especially busy times. The proposal is expected to face stiff

Rene Boucher, Sen. Rand Paul’s neighbor, was charged with assaulting a member of Congress for tackling Paul to the ground after witnessing him stack brush onto a pile in November. The charge is a felony under federal law, and Boucher, 58, faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana announced Friday. “Assaulting a member of Congress is an offense we take very seriously,” Josh Minkler, the U.S. attorney, said. Boucher allegedly tackled Paul, R-Ky., while he was mowing his lawn, wearing headphones. Boucher, a retired anesthesiologist, allegedly saw Paul

An executive vice president from the news publication The Hill contacted the office of former President Bill Clinton with an offer for Clinton to be financially compensated as part of a new video series for the outlet, according to a new report. Typically, mainstream media outlets are prohibited from paying sources for interviews due to ethical concerns. Clinton’s office declined the offer from John Solomon, the executive vice president of digital video at The Hill, the Washington Post reported Friday. Solomon told Clinton’s office that he was interested in having the video series explore a variety of topics in contemporary

A National Public Radio host on Friday referred to the largest abortion opposition protest taking place as "the so-called March for Life." "America´s biggest anti-abortion rally, the so-called March for Life, will take place today in Washington, D.C., and Donald Trump is set to become the first sitting president to address the annual event," said Rachel Martin, the host of "Morning Edition" on the nonprofit radio network. The clip was first flagged by the Washington Free Beacon. Martin then interviewed Kristin Hawkins, the president of Students for Life of America, an anti-abortion organization with more than 1,100 members nationwide. Martin

A battle erupted Friday over a push by Republican lawmakers to declassify a report they say will reveal high-level government abuse around the federal investigation into possible ties between Trump campaign officials and Russia. Even as Congress hurled toward a shutdown, Republicans in the House were buzzing over the contents of a classified memo on alleged surveillance abuses that was produced by House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.). (Snip) Democrats dismissed the findings as a desperate partisan attempt to smear the FBI and muddy the waters around what they view as a legitimate investigation into Trump’s alleged ties to

A review of a classified document outlining what is described as extensive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse was made available to all House members Thursday and the revelations could lead to the removal of senior officials in the FBI and Department of Justice, several sources with knowledge of the document stated. These sources say the report is “explosive,” stating they would not be surprised if it leads to the end of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation into President Trump and his associates. The House Intelligence Committee passed the motion along party lines Thursday to make the classified report alleging extensive

After leaving office, President Ronald Reagan created the Ronald Reagan Freedom Award to recognize individuals who have fought to spread liberty worldwide. Nancy Reagan continued the tradition after her husband’s death, and in 2008 she bestowed the honor on human rights icon Natan Sharansky, who credited Reagan’s strong defense of freedom for his own survival in Soviet gulags. Reagan recognized that as leader of the free world, his words carried enormous weight, and he used it to inspire the unprecedented spread of democracy around the world. President Donald Trump does not seem to understand that his rhetoric and actions reverberate in

Obama’s current office, which is run by former de facto President Valerie Jarrett, is just a mile or so from the White House. It is at that location one sees a daily procession of donors, political operatives, party affiliates (BOTH Democrat and Republican) media friends (of which there are many) and more shadowy figures representing a myriad of foreign interests. And each day this office and its two primary inhabitants – Obama and Jarrett, are asked the same question: WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT TRUMP? California lawmakers are targeting the expected windfall companies in the state would see under the federal tax overhaul with a bill that would require businesses to turn over half to the state. A proposed Assembly Constitutional Amendment by Assemblymen Kevin McCarty, D -Sacramento and Phil Ting, D-San Francisco, would create a tax surcharge on California companies making more than $1 million so that half of their federal tax cut would instead go to programs that benefit low-income and middle class families.
