Holder: Justice leaders
should push back at Trump

The Hill [Washington, DC], by Molly K. Hooper

Former Attorney General Eric Holder says Justice Department leaders should “push back” against President Trump, who contends he has an “absolute right” to run the nation’s law and order agency. Holder called Trump´s statement “dangerous” and “irresponsible,” adding that it “flies in the face" of American history. “It flies in the face of the way in which every American president, Republican and Democrat, has viewed the Justice Department,” Holder told several reporters in a Senate“It is dangerous, it is irresponsible, and it is something that I hope the people who are in the Justice Department now will push back on

Comments:
As if they haven´t been pushing back and trying to stop Trump at every turn. Holder is a disgraceful lawless hack who should keep his filthy mouth shut. It´s really rich coming from him since he and his buddy Obama weaponized every agency in the government. Talk about dangerous and irresponsible!! I´m really sick of the Democrats and their contentiousness and BS.

There is one thing it does not fly in the face of, the Constitution of the United States. Something which cannot be said of Mr Holder´s viewpoint as expressed here.

This is hot stuff coming from the man who delivered the pardon to Marc Rich. Some of us have a very long memory. Eric Holder is a smug, conniving, corrupt individual: Perhaps the most dishonest AG the nation has ever had in its entire history. That´s quite an honor for the history books.

If they are "resisting" doing their jobs, they should be fired! They work for all Americans, not the president.

Holder is so partisan he doesn´t even pretend to understand what reality is.

From what? Or from where?

Trump has a hell of a lot more right to run the justice department than you do, Holder. You and Hillary should count yourselves LUCKY not to be wearing orange jumpsuits, or worse.

Holder and zero crafted the Fast & Furious "program" running guns into Mexico.
Did they keep a list of the serial numbers? Put a tracker on them? Nope! Dropped that stitch in the knitting.
His prez was as hands on as he could get with the Cabinet departments and agencies...all to undermine our Constitution and promote socialism.
Together, they almost ruined our Republic.

Journalists at The Los Angeles Times voted overwhelmingly to form a union despite aggressive opposition from the paper’s management team, reversing more than a century of anti-union sentiment at one of the biggest newspapers in the country. Shortly after the final vote count was announced on Friday, The Times’s parent company said that the newspaper’s publisher, Ross Levinsohn, was taking an unpaid leave of absence while a law firm investigated allegations of coarse workplace behavior while he was employed by other companies. The newsroom vote took place on Jan. 4 and the final count showed that out of the 292

We are putting America first, making real change in Washington, and creating opportunities for all of our people. From coast to coast, there is a renewed spirit. The National Security Agency destroyed surveillance data it pledged to preserve in connection with pending lawsuits and apparently never took some of the steps it told a federal court it had taken to make sure the information wasn’t destroyed, according to recent court filings. Word of the NSA’s foul-up is emerging just as Congress has extended for six years the legal authority the agency uses for much of its surveillance work conducted through U.S. internet providers and tech firms. President Donald Trump signed that measure into law Friday. Since 2007, the NSA has been under court orders to preserve data

It´s no secret that Mitt Romney is, in all likelihood, going to run for a Senate seat in Utah. What´s less clear, however, is why the man who was the 2012 Republican presidential nominee and is now retired and occupying an elder-statesman role in a party torn into warring factions would want to serve as a junior senator. Once elected, Romney would find himself embroiled in day-to-day congressional fights and less free to voice his criticisms of the White House, while losing some of the deference he´s been shown by members of his own party.
