My guess is that he will just ignore it and the Supreme Court won´t hear it until he is almost out of office. It is even doubtful to be upheld with Roberts more concerned about the reputation of the SC than the Constitution.

So either our Adjunct Professor on Constitutional Law isn´t as an idiot when it comes to the Constitution, or he knowingly did something unconstitutional. I´m going with the latter given his track record of shredding that fine document.

These three judges are going to get an offer they can´t refuse. Chicago style. Never gonna hear from them again.

This is, in fact, a huge event. Does anybody know if the Appeals Ct stayed its decision pending appeal by the NLRB?

Flooding the field with scandal is the operant equivalent of MLK´s and Ghandi´s

Except now this style of gorilla politics is being used by those in power.

Speeding up the tempo of outrageous behavior
is the same as growing the size of the mob of un-jailables.

Despite Obama´s efforts to deface the Constitution, the federal court ruled against our would be king. Supreme Court will either reject Obama´s appeal for a hearing, thus upholding appeals court or SC will accept appeal and then slap down Obama, possibly 8 to 0, with Kagan recusing herself.

As appeals judge wrote:

“Allowing the president to define the scope of his own appointment power would eviscerate the Constitution’s separation of powers,” Sentelle wrote.

We´re not Zimbabwe yet.

So......what happens to any rulings that these guys made while they were seated illegally??

This is no big deal. With racist/sexist Sotomeyer, Alzheimer Ginsberg, butchy Kagan, imbecile Stevens and image conscience Roberts in his court, one can expect the SCOTUS to overturn this.

I hope this makes every action taken by those appointees illegal and revoked.
