| What do these all have in common: The Ottoman Empire, the Nazi Empire, the Soviet Empire and the New Islamic Caliphate?If you are a student of history, you will recognize that the first three of these expansionist empires have all been the underlying or overt cause of millions of deaths, and that they were central players in three world conflicts. The fourth empire, which is the only one still extant, cannot yet be measured in terms of the damage it will eventually do, but it is the largest in both geography and population and it is still growing.

What the author fails to mention is the great influx of Islam in this country. If having a Mosque down the street from the ruins of the World Trade Center is not enough, they have infiltrated the highest levels of our government.
We are in for a very long hard fight, not only against the expansion of Islam but also, it appears, our very own government. These are frightening times.

The so-called “comprehensive immigration reform bill” is just the latest turn of the screw in the ongoing campaign to fundamentally transform America into a socialist republic.Sadly, it may just be a matter of time before Congress surrenders its responsibility to protect our country and passes this bill, almost certainly resulting in a new America that will be less affluent, less secure, less educated and less relevant, but certainly more international in character. What’s funny — ha-ha funny in a sick humor kind of way, but also rather peculiar funny — is that our Congress doesn’t seem to give a damn

Have the terrorists already won? Did the enormity of 9/11 somehow short-circuit our brains so that we now view smaller levels of political violence as somehow acceptable? Or are we being intentionally conditioned to excuse terrorism as a legitimate means of effecting social change? [SNIP] The evidence is overwhelming that, whether intentionally or not, Western society has become habituated to violence that in previous generations would have spurred not just outrage but immediate action.Call it the terrorist’s best friend —the ultimate reason why terrorism is effective in the first place— a sort of Stockholm syndrome response to violence.

On Monday May 6, I stumbled across an Internet news story in the Washington Times about a threatened cyberterror attack that was scheduled to occur on Tuesday, May 7.According to this story by Shaun Waterman, the Department of Homeland Security had sent a bulletin to “the private sector” [SNIP] I am not a bank, a major corporation or a government agency, so although I found the story interesting, I promptly put it out of my mind—at least until I woke up the following morning, May 7, and discovered that my Internet service was down

I got an e-mail from Democratic lobbyist John Podesta last week that began “Dear Friend,” so I knew it had arrived at my inbox by accident. Chuck Schumer not to “jump to conclusions” about “the events in Boston” or “to try to conflate those events” with the immigration reform bill hammered out by Schumer and the other seven senators who have appropriately identified themselves as gangsters. An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.
