Given that the WH hasn´t submitted a budget YET, I don´t believe that Obama should go there in reference to breaking the law. And the budget example is just one of the multiple items that he should be charged with in any impeachment action.

I´m getting sick of hearing the daily Republican talking point of "It´s time for this administration to get serious - blah, blah, blah. I´ll tell what it´s time for. It´s time for the Republicans in Congress to quit acting and sounding like the wimps they are and grow a big pair. This isn´t a normal phase of American politics. It´s about the survival of a nation. Constitutionalists are way behind this communist eight ball and Obama is shoveling the dirt on.

Dear Leader Inc has a strategy here and that is to throw the kitchen sink at the hapless and divided Pubbies: debt ceiling, immigration, gun control, new wealth taxes -- all are on the horizon. If the GOP says no, no, no, no they are "extremist" and obstructionist. The GOP would then be blamed for continued poor economic conditions, irrationally, of course. Does the GOP have a strategy besides name calling and talk radio emotive gibberish? Hmm. I haven´t seen any evidence of it. One idea is to let the Dear Leader and his Ivy League alchemists destroy the economy with inflationary policies and redistributionist tax policy under protest, while pushing aggressively for job creating opportunities like keystone and increased drilling on federal lands. GOP should outright oppose and fundamental changes like immigration reform because that will tilt the electoral scales and constitute a permanent injury to the party.

What the Republicians should do, is to send a balanced budget to the President and the Senate. No spending allocation beyond tax intake.
The President has accused the Congress of racking up the bills and don´t want to pay for it.

WASHINGTON - There were new questions Saturday night concerning if anyone in the White House was aware of the IRS´ targeting of conservative groups. Inspector General Russell George said he informed a deputy at the Treasury Department in June of 2012 about the probe into the IRS. The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. He said it isn´t difficult to figure out who´s doing what at the agency.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.
