| This is the moment a gunman was caught on CCTV just seconds before shooting a taxi driver. The bearded man jumped into the back of a-cab in the Bronx area of New York in the early hours of Sunday, police have said. The weapon used in this horrible, horrible crime is probably street bought like most illegal drugs; no gun control law will stop people like this. If he had a knife, he would have inflicted multiple stab wounds. Thank you God, for not letting this INNOCENT PERSON die in this senseless attack and thank you for the camera in the taxi that will lead the the capture of this animal. May he never get out of prison, since his intent was surely to murder Mr. Martinez.

Mobile - U.S. Rep. Jo Bonner, R-Mobile, confirmed today that he intends to resign from Congress later this year and take a job at the University of Alabama. On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”
