More shaming of Boehner by Christie. But, you can´t do it properly without bringing up the obfuscation that was Hurricane Katrina and President Bushs´ response. What´s funny is, way deep in the article, it says that Christie has a great relationship with 0bama, so he´s blaming the GOP House. Rather, with 0bama as your friend, what happened to his loving pledge to cut Washington red-tape prior to the election? Huh?

Boehner has nobody to blame but himself for this mini-PR disaster. The strain must be getting to him. A child could have foreseen the blow-back on this. It was probably a deliberate trap. He walked right into it. I don´t blame the Left for using the weapon he handed them. It´s the way the game works. He should have known better. It worries me that he did not. What else does he have in store for us?

What they don´t tell you is this:
1. Blanco´s husband was the "brains" behind her and "in" with the DNC
2. The DNC was calling the shots and wanted to make Bush look as bad as possible
3. Bush offered to send in troops immediately, Blanco said " I don´t want to give up control".
4. Bush didnt overule her and just "do it" because the optics looked bad. A Republican President overuling a sitting female Democratic Govenor.
5. Blanco and her husband knew or should have known that EEOC Nagin was an idiot and the State should have stepped in starting with putting the New Orleans Police Dept under controll of the State Police.

As a New Jersey native, I say screw em! They sucked up to Obama who promised to cut the red tape and provide relief. They voted to reelect him, and he didn´t deliver. Don´t blame he republicans, blame the mulatto.

“He was not radical at all,” Taramov told WESH-TV. He added that the FBI had been tracking Todashev since the Boston bombings. At some point, Todashev moved to Florida. He was arrested for aggravated battery this month, according to police records, after getting into a fight with a man in a parking lot. When the FBI agent and others arrived at his apartment early Wednesday, the law enforcement officials said Todashev initially was cooperative. They said he appeared on the verge of signing a confession to the killings of three people in Waltham in September 2011.

Jerusalem - Israel´s air force chief says his troops need to be ready to act quickly in case of an attack from Syria. The remarks by Maj. Gen. Amir Eshel Wednesday echo statements by Israel´s military chief of staff a day earlier. Eshel warned escalation could lead to a "surprise war." He said Russian S-300 air defense systems are "on their way" to Syria, though Israel asked Russia not to supply them. Israel is concerned the Syrian civil war could spill across its border. Dubai - Iranian authorities executed two men on Sunday convicted of working for Israeli and U.S. spy agencies, Iran’s Fars news agency reported. Mohammad Heidari, accused of passing security-related in formation and secrets to Israeli Mossad agents in exchange for money, and Kourosh Ahmadi, accused of gathering information for the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, were hanged at dawn, it said. The sentence for their execution was handed down by Tehran’s Revolutionary Court and confirmed by the country’s Supreme Court. The report did not say when the pair were arrested nor when their trial took place.

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”
