Attorney claims EPA chief
resigned over alias email accounts

Fox News, by Judson Berger & Doug McKelway

A Washington attorney suing the Obama administration for access to alias emails sent by EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson claims that a recent decision by the Justice Department to release thousands of those emails next month contributed to her resigning Thursday. Jackson, in a brief written statement, said Thursday she is leaving the EPA after four years on the job, for "new challenges, time with my family and new opportunities to make a difference." The agency did not offer an explanation. But Chris Horner, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said

Comments:
Those in the regime can never take the heat. You have to give Chris Horner credit for taking on the EPA. One of her radical underlings will just replace her. There are more than enough of them available.

Hint to Republicans: Keep saying these words over and over again:

"The appearance of impropriety..."

Over and over again, regardless of the guffaws and protestations of the RAT infested media whores.

Does this mean that the EPA will stop flying spy drones over our cattle ranch?

So she was doing the governments business with ZERO accountability....allowing her to prosecute the most EXTREME environmentalist agenda and maintain deniability.

Good thing she´s a Democrat or she would be wearing bright orange.

The Mayans were right.

Waiiiiiiit........ To hear the other shoe drop! Pretty soon we will become aware of what monstrous regulation has been put in place before this exodus.

Yep, she must be leaving because of the illegal email name scam. It cannot be due to conscience because the Marxists have not one shred of morality.

Is she leaving government totally, or just moving to another department to continue to cause havoc?

If emails accounts were the reason we would have a lot more resigning, like all of them, everyone in the WH is guilty of illegal doings like this so there has to be more to it.

The ruling that CO2 was a dangerous gas should have been enough to impeach her.

Wasn´t the use of exa-govenment email accounts to carry on government business against the law? I want to see her prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for her attempt to circumvent the policies of the "most transparent administration in history!"

I heard she resigned because Santa promised to put coal in her stocking, and she hasn´t been normal since.

How many more of these slime balls are using these private e-mails to conduct government business in this most open, opaque administration ever?

You can always subpoena someone to appear before the house or senate. If she does not show, throw her in jail. The e-mail problem is very serious. I´m not surprised that she is leaving.

I don´t think drones are selective for cattle ranches anymore. Everyone I know jokes about drones overhead, but in reality we are not kidding. Obama is spying on everyone,(except the bad guys).

FTa: EPA spokesman said the agency has for roughly a decade assigned internal and public email addresses to administrators

If that were truly the reason, a simpler method would be using initials in one or the other, or adding a number or code letter to the person´s name, while still allowing the easy look-up of "all" emails for a FOIA request.

Anyone who has more than two brain cells bumping into one another can see that.

My apologies to people with less than two brain cells, you know who you are.

The same EPA that purposely injected diesel exhaust into a sealed room with sick ´subjects´ who had no idea they were breathing toxic air. Just imagine for a second if this had occurred under the Bush Presidency. People read this story and think that it can´t be real. Not only is it real, but the EPA actually had a Carolina University help with the ´study.´ It was all contrived to justify even more regulation of diesel vehicles.

In 2007, then Senator Barack Obama appeared on CNN´s Larry King Live and called on U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales to resign. Obama said Gonzales was acting more like the president´s attorney than the people´s attorney and viewed himself as an "enabler of the administration." "Well, I voted against Alberto Gonzales confirmation for precisely the reason we are seeing now. I said this on the floor of the senate, that although he seemed to be a capable attorney, he seemed to conceive his role as being the president´s attorney instead of being the people´s attorney," Obama said.

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

The way to prevent abortionists like convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell from occurring again is to build more Planned Parenthood clinics, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said at a House Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on Thursday about legislation that would prevent abortion after 20 weeks nationwide. “I would urge my colleagues to think about the extent to which he, Dr. Gosnell, represented the poor quality of health care services available in poorer communities,” Nadler said at the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice hearing. “We should be working to make sure that high quality

House Speaker John A. Boehner on Thursday flatly ruled out chances of the House passing the Senate’s immigration bill, saying his chamber will debate its own bill instead. The Ohio Republican and his top lieutenants in the party issued a joint statement that seemed designed to tamp down some of the momentum behind the Senate bill, which emerged from a committee on a bipartisan 13-5 vote this week, and to stake out a House GOP position. “While we applaud the progress made by our Senate colleagues, there are numerous ways in which

During friendly questioning from Rep. Hank “I fear that Guam will capsize!” Johnson in Congress last week, Attorney General Eric Holder offered the following statement. In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy. He made that statement before the facts about the sweep on Fox News’ James Rosen were known. Since then, it’s come to light that Holder himself approved the subpoena that, among other things, named Rosen as a criminal co-conspirator.

As the saying goes, scratch a liberal and you’ll find a tyrant underneath. NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo is but the latest example. He shoved a very restrictive and ill-considered gun law through the state legislature in the dead of night. Among its flaws, the law criminalized police officers who tote firearms with magazines that hold more than seven rounds. Sheriffs around the state have objected to the law. Cuomo summoned them to the state capitol under what appears to be a false pretext, and used the meeting to threaten them into silence. Cuomo invited

A workshop sponsored by La Raza/The Race will take place in New Orleans on July 23, 2013. The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. (Snip)She did make a short statement to declare her innocence, however. Lerner´s motivation was more transparent than much of what the IRS has done in connection with this controversy. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose
