| LANSING, Mich. — Conservative activists and supporters of Michigan’s new right-to-work law gathered on the Statehouse lawn Thursday to demand justice for what they said were threats, intimidation and entrapment under a tent that was destroyed by union supporters during protests two days earlier by thousands of labor union activists. Scott Hagerstrom, state director of Americans for Prosperity-Michigan, said he had filed a police report for assault and destruction of property with the Michigan State Police’s Capitol post after aggressive pro-union forces used knives

next time use firehoses on the union thugs. for one thing they hurt like hell. for another, it would be no fun being soaking wet in freezing temperatures. hopefully pneumonia will take the fight out of the thugs and if one or more of them die? oh well.

#2, yes. I watched an interview with a lead MI trooper. Michigan should be embarrassed. His demeanor of nonchalance, big deal spoke volumes. These guys are glad tht tent was destroyed. Nothing will be done.

The comment from #2 is accurate. Cops and Firefighters were specifically exempted from the Wisconsin changes pertaining to public employee unions and yet they fell all over themselves supporting the "teachers" union.

So, when are the Lansing Police going to make arrests.
They have photos.
They have the videotape.
They even have the name of one of the union scumbuckets who violently attacked Steven Crowder. Crowder´s attacker is Lansing´s own Tony Camargo, a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
So, what´s holding up those arrests?
Could it be that Lansing´s union cops are corrupt union scumbuckets as well?
Still waiting for those arrests.
Go ahead, Lansing, Michigan, and prove your cops aren´t as corrupt as your typical union stooges...

WASHINGTON - There were new questions Saturday night concerning if anyone in the White House was aware of the IRS´ targeting of conservative groups. Inspector General Russell George said he informed a deputy at the Treasury Department in June of 2012 about the probe into the IRS. The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. He said it isn´t difficult to figure out who´s doing what at the agency.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." The lawmaker leading the charge to investigate the Benghazi terror attack on Friday subpoenaed the co-author of a report that slammed the State Department but didn´t interview Hillary Clinton. House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) formally demanded that retired ambassador Thomas Pickering submit to being deposed by the committee next Thursday. The subpoena comes in the wake of a series of acrimonious public exchanges this week between the two men. Issa didn´t issue a subpoena to former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Michael Mullen, who co-authored the Benghazi report with Pickering.
