Israel´s assassinations raise questions

Jerusalem - The Israeli missile tore into Ahmed Jabari´s car, incinerating the occupants inside as they drove in the Gaza Strip, igniting the worst violence in years in the occupied Palestinian territories. "Ahmed Jabari: Eliminated," the Israel Defense Forces later posted on Twitter. The assassination of Hamas´ military commander last Wednesday was launched in response to Jabari´s "decade-long terrorist activity", the Israeli intelligence service claimed, confirming it carried out the strike. The attack sparked the escalation of the conflict between the Palestinians and Israelis, with dozens

I am posting this to ´´document´´ that the very same obfuscation that the 0bama White House uses daily in its talking points & parroted willingly by the LSM is throughout this ´´editorial.´´ Writer tauts the various UN Charter and universally accepted principles of international law and other Human rights screed. But, no mention of the civilians used by terrorist to deliver homicide bombing on mostly other civilian populations worldwide.

Israel´s "assassinations" raise questions but the thousands of rockets launched each year by Hamas into Israel elicit smirks and giggles.

Okay, let´s raise more questions. Like what about Obama´s ´´Pack of Cards´´, the face cards with pictures of the people he wants to kill. Way back when we learned about his ´´Pack´´ we were told he goes through it regularly.

Countless Arabs, terrorists, Muslim leaders and others have proclaimed over and over again that they intend to wipe Israel off the face of the earth - that they will never, ever, under any circumstances accede to the continued existence of the state of Israel. They could not have been more clear and explicit about this. Enemies of Israel have been rocketing, shooting, and blowing up defenseless Israeli civilians for decades,

Yet we keep hearing about something called a peace process, negotiations, compromise, diplomatic solutions etc.

This has been going on at least half a century.

Somebody is crazy.

Hamas launches rockets into Israel, targeting civilians, that should raise questions. Hamas launch sites are shielded by children and hospitals, that should raise questions. The answer is, if Hamas targets civilians, and uses their own children to shield the launch sites, there are no rules.

Yes, homicide bombings and missiles killing Jews is good.
Jews defending themselves, well that´s just bad!
Same old story. How old? 20, 30, 40 years old? No, it easily goes back to the times of the Crusades when Western civilizations got fed up with the savage brutality of aggressive, hate-filled muslims that relentlessly attempted to conquer everything in sight. Yes homicide bombs, hooded heads, blind anti-semitic hatred for Jews (and other races), hiding behind women and children, killing your own daughter because she listened to Western music or wanted to learn. That´s a real funny sense of "honor" there. So funny that our bought and paid for "media" won´t even touch it, a pResident that won´t call it out for what it is and a U.N. that just buries it´s head in the sand after sending out "strong letters" while a whole race just tries to survive annihilation. Pretty sad.

The Israelis need to conduct a scorched earth policy in Gaza in order to wipe out all Hamas terrorists, and disregard collateral damage. That is the only think these sheetheads understand.

The term "assassination" implies some legitimacy of the assailed party. No such legitimacy exists in Hamas. The results of these acts of self-defense on the part of Israel have been, are, and will be condign executions.

Washington - A federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld the Environmental Protection Agency’s emission standards for hazardous air pollutants from coal- and oil-fired power plants. In its ruling, the court rejected state and industry challenges to rules designed to clean up mercury, lead, arsenic and other dangerous air pollutants. The new regulations were designed to remove toxins from the air that contribute to respiratory illnesses, birth defects and developmental problems in children. Some industry groups have criticized the standards, saying the EPA was overstating the benefits. Industry groups argued it would cost billions of

You don´t have to go to the Griffith Observatory or other prime watching spot to view the first total lunar eclipse of 2014. Numerous "blood moon" video streams are available on the Web. The Griffith Observatory will be streaming the event live from the Zeiss dome beginning at 9:45 p.m. The Slooh Observatory in the Canary Islands will also be doing a live stream. NASA is also planning a live stream, with experts taking questions from viewers. For those who want to take in the event in person, Griffith Observatory decided to open its doors Monday (it´s usually closed). "We are expecting large crowds," the observatory said in a statement.

Chelsea Clinton says in a new interview that she´s open to a run for a multitude of offices, from mayor of New York to the U.S. Senate. "I live in a city and a state and a country where I support my elected representatives," Clinton told Fast Company. "If at some point that weren´t the case, and I didn´t support my mayor or my city councilwoman or my congresswoman or either of my senators -- and I'm lucky to live in a state where I have lots of women representing me, you know -- maybe then I'd have to ask and answer the question for myself, and come to a different answer." Even as the cost of prescription drugs has plummeted for many Americans, a small slice of the population is being asked to shoulder more and more of the cost of expensive treatments for diseases like cancer and hepatitis C, according to a report to be released on Tuesday by a major drug research firm. The findings echo the conclusions of two other reports released last week by major pharmacy benefit managers, which predicted that spending on so-called specialty drugs would continue to rise. The report, by the IMS Institute for Healthcare Informatics, also found that consumers’ use of health care — visits to the doctor,

One dumb teenager is easily excused — but the host of Twitter users currently tweeting bomb threats at major airlines is another story entirely. In case you’ve somehow missed this latest round of Internet idiocy, here’s what went down: Sunday night, a Dutch teenager identified only as “Sarah” infamously tweeted a threat at American Airlines. (“hello my name’s Ibrahim and I’m from Afghanistan. I’m part of Al Qaida and on June 1st I’m gonna do something really big bye,” she wrote. Hilarious!) She then promptly made the account private and insisted it was all a joke — “I’m so stupid, I’m scared,” she wrote at one point —

Guantanamo Bay Navy Base, Cuba - A military judge abruptly recessed the first 9/11 trial hearing of the year Monday after defense lawyers accused the FBI in open court of trying to turn a defense team security officer into a secret informant. If true, the lawyers argued, attorney-client confidentiality might be compromised in the case that seeks to put on trial and execute five men accused of orchestrating the Sept. 11 attacks that killed 3,000 people in New York, Pennsylvania and at the Pentagon. At issue, in part, was the publication in January of prison camp musings by the alleged 9/11 mastermind, Khalid Sheik Mohammed,

Abuja, Nigeria - Bomb blasts ripped through a bus station in the suburbs of the Nigerian capital today in the largest single attack on Abuja since insurgents began violent operations in 2009. Authorities say 71 people were killed and 124 were injured in a strike on Nyanya Motor Park, a chaotic bus station where commuters board megabuses into the pristine city center for work less than 10 miles away. The blasts in Nigeria´s capital are a direct challenge to the government´s recent assurances that it has managed to contain Boko Haram, Nigeria's militant Islamist group, to the remote northeast of the country. Neurosurgeon Ben Carson says the White House wanted him to apologize for “offending” President Obama after he famously delivered a conservative message at the National Prayer Breakfast last year. Carson, the former director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, recalls the events surrounding his 2013 speech in his new book, One Nation: What We Can All Do To Save America’s Future. The Daily Caller obtained an advance copy of the book, which is set for release May 20. “He did not appear to be hostile or angry,” Carson writes of Obama, “but within a matter of minutes after the conclusion of

President Obama inspired a generation of young people to support his historic election in 2008. And in 2012, despite the struggles of his first term, Mr. Obama still managed to win the support of a full 60% of voters age 18-29. But the man who once dreamed of being a transformative leader in the Reagan mold is inspiring few of those young people to follow his lead. "For all the talk about the movement that elected Mr. Obama, the more notable movement of Obama supporters has been away from politics. It appears that few of the young people who voted

Since then, I have continued to study the facts and have drawn some conclusions. Here they are. First, it must be admitted that legally, Bundy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The Bureau of Land Management has been charging him grazing fees since the early 1990s, which he has refused to pay. Further, BLM has issued orders limiting the area on which Bundy’s cows can

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)
