The typical enrollee has exhausted far more than they ever contributed after just 5 years.

Here´s a wild thought -maybe, just maybe the massively overinflated costs of healthcare could be reduced a bit by reducing the layers upon layers of built up government bureaucracy, fraud and the medical and legal industries milking it for all it´s worth!
