MSNBC Didn't Matter -
Until He Came Along,
Suggests Ed Schultz

This is a man whose ego has become so inflated, he needs crowbars to get his head through doorways. On his radio show yesterday, Ed Schultz paused from his repeated spiking of the football in response to the election to make an unintentionally revealing remark about MSNBC, where he hosts a primetime cable show on weeknights -- SCHULTZ: I will, I guarantee you, that I will be looking back as my years in radio, moving forward, I will come back to 2012 and I will say,

Comments:
He seems to imply that it actually matters now...

Has he ever checked his ratings? I think his Mom and Dad and maybe a brother or two watch him and that's it. At any given time, MSNBC has maybe 600,000 viewers. Fox will have millions.

Schultzy boy said, "Until they found me they did not have anyone who was really, really, stupid."

Gov Walker of Wis, sent his best wishes to Mr Shultz, for helping him beat back the Recall. Without his support for the Unions an the Dems, Gov Walker might have lost. LOL.

Every so often in switching channels I momentarily get stuck on Schultz because my remote and TV don't talk to each other very well. He seriously makes me feel close to upchucking!

Ed Schultz, the dog killer!
He, and Barak Obama, the dog eater, should make a good pair!

He must come up a tad ''short'' in the briefs department because that is exactly how those kind of men display their arrogance.

I live in the Fargo area, where Ed lives and used to be a local TV sportscaster.
After he shot his dog- this joke- and many more like it- made the rounds:
'You hear about the two guys hunting pheasants out in Mott (SW corner of NoDak)?'
'They saw Elvis out pheasant hunting in the field.
He was using Ed's dog.'
Years ago Ed was the 'Voice of the NDSU Bison' football team in Fargo on local radio.
When he would walk up to the broadcast booth before the games, the student section would chant in unison: 'Ed Shot His Dog', then they would all bark and growl Woof Woof.
Ed couldn't take it anymore and strutted out of the booth and gave the student section the one-fingered salute.

He went back in to the both and the student section went crazy.

Someone threw a whiskey bottle through the front window of the broadcast booth, and Ed went completely coo-coo, using every nasty swear word, some most people had never heard- over the air to over 100,000 people. He was suspended by the FCC for a week for this swearing.

So now the joke goes: 'You know what the fine for throwing a whiskey bottle at Ed is?
-You have to go hunting with him.'

Ed, MSNBC has NEVER mattered, and NEVER will.

It has miniscule viewers, even compared to CNN.

Yesterday we watched Senator Claire McCaskill’s fantastical view of the world. Today, I offer you the perpetually unhinged Alan Grayson, who gives us his take on Paul Ryan’s budget: “In one case after another, you look at his principles, you look at his vision, and they’re a nightmare for America. He wants Americans to work until they die, he wants poor people who get sick not be able to see a doctor, not to get the care they need, not to get better, he wants them to die,

Like the proverbial monkey typing for infinity and getting Shakespeare, Mayor Bloomberg’s obsession with reforming New Yorkers’ health has finally produced a brilliant ad campaign. Posters are popping up in subway stations and bus stops giving statistics about teen pregnancy that show cute little kids saying things like, “Honestly, Mom … chances are he won’t stay with you. What happens to me?” and “I’m twice as likely not to graduate high school because you had me as a teen.”

A meticulous new analysis examines the benefits of government-administered socialism among a representative cross section of individuals. It is an insightful departure from the usual studies of socialism that analyze only collective benefits to society using statistics about such things as income quartiles and poverty levels. The new study is 27 pages and can be accessed as a PDF file via this link. As its author, I´ll summarize the results here. Julia, the president´s comic book heroine, is used as the baseline.

Pravda, Guns & America (AT, Jan. 11) quoted a Russian who advises: Americans: Never Give Up Your Guns, citing the bloody and tragic result of the Communists´ confiscation of arms after they came to power in 1917. The quotation has been echoing around the Internet, so here are more ringing defenses of the importance of the right to bear arms to the cause of liberty. Another Russian, the great writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn, wrote about the Soviet Union in The Gulag Archipelago (p.13, note 5): And how we burned in the camps later,

We are being played; it´s time we learned the game. Conservatives have their Constitution. Progressives have their Narrative. The current battle for America is between these two concepts, and each side uses different rules to fight it. One set of rules is consistent with an unchanging objective: limited government and individual freedoms. The other side´s rules are as fickle as their goals, which are never fully disclosed beyond the equivocal references to fairness and hyphenated forms of justice.

Global Governance Begins on December 14

The International Telecommunications Union (ITU), an imprint of the UN, is holding its World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT) from December 3-14, 2012. The stated purpose of the WCIT is to update the UN´s "global treaty" on telecommunications to deal more directly and comprehensively with the internet. Knowing who controls the UN, it is not hard to see that a primary aim of the updated "treaty" will be to give credence to the regulation and monitoring of online activity in ways that are desirable to the (authoritarian) majority of member states.

The Governing Class and the Decline of America

The United States will not reverse its descent into the abyss of financial and societal bankruptcy until the current political and governing establishment is replaced. That will not happen until the American people, who have been deliberately ill-educated and deceived, experience first-hand the early stages of the turmoil and suffering extant in Europe and elsewhere. While professing to care for the interests of the average person, the underlying motivation for the vast majority of the governing class or Establishment is first and foremost self-aggrandizement and the acquisition of wealth.

WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

Former Rep. Anthony Weiner, whose career in public life came to an abrupt end when he sent lewd pictures to a college student on Twitter, jumped back into politics on Wednesday by announcing a bid for mayor of New York City. “Look, I’ve made some big mistakes and I know I’ve let a lot of people down,” the Democrat said in a 2-minute video announcing his bid. “But I’ve also learned some tough lessons. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.
