| Myriad are the failures of the Obama administration, but none is more tragic, or more frightening, or more foreboding of catastrophe than the appalling mishandling of the Sept. 11 terrorist attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi. Details continue to leak, but it’ll be hard to top the bombshell from Fox News at week’s end reporting that repeated urgent requests for military help during the attack were summarily denied — for hours. In those hours, former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods was killed after he chose to disobey an order to “stand down” — and rushed to aid his fellow Americans.

Not only that, but General Ham was relieved of his command over the African military presence because he didn't want to stand down.
Chain of command is one thing, but we put scores of Germans on trial for obeying orders they should not have.

Obama is not interested in helping Americans, especially white Americans. His only real purpose in being President is to bring America to its knees financially and he is executing a well thought out plan to accomplish that.

This administration will fall to a blow-out defeat at the polls in a few days, and then the vermin at the heart of the odious caricature of the once proud Democrat party, along with their slobbering ideologue fan club in the Jurassic media, need to exit stage left.
America has allowed the Marxist/Communist/Socialist cabal their turn. It's time to return to the Founders' vision, the one that gave us the greatest experiment in human freedom in history.
It has been a long nightmare, but lesson done, lesson learned, let's go home.

Who is really surprised by the incompetence and arrogance? Al Qaeda on the rise just didn't fit into Obama's political international narrative. Isn't bin Laden dead and Barack killed him after-all?
ANY move to help or save these men would show the lies of that narrative. Besides, dead ambassadors tell no tales.
How many of those that died were black again? Michelle has been said by a former secret service agent at the White House to be a closet racist. Do you think her hubby is really that much different?
Biden is one heart-beat away from the presidency and would be again if Obama is re-elected. He seems to be in the beginning stages of dementia. That is scary.

Reagan's decisive and courageous action in Grenada:
Contrast Obama's passivity with Ronald Reagan's decisive intervention almost thirty years ago. When trouble erupted in Grenada trapping eight hundred medical students, Reagan ignored warnings that sending troops would be too dangerous abd sent in the Marine's for a successful rescue operation. That's leadership that protects Americans.

The whiff of sulphur coming out of this White House is choking the life out of this country.
But the failure to respond — leaving an American diplomat and his security team to their fate — defies comprehension.
Imagine what a re-elected Obama with his "private security force" he promised he'd form would do to American citizens, now that we know he's got no problems with callously letting Americans overseas, our military and unborn babies die for his political agenda and for his aspirations to be Dictator For Life.

Rather than incompetence, this may be a case study in cowardice. Remember that Hillary was part of the Clinton administration who insisted that the military could not be used if there was any risk of loss of life. Thus they ordered the military to keep above a certain altitude when flying bombing runs in Bosnia / Kosovo, although the accuracy of the bombers were severely compromised. So she is very risk adverse. And she was right there as a big part of the decision-making process. Valerie is obviously risk adverse also, based on what we learned of her advice not to go after bin Laden. And Obama displayed signs of moral cowardice in the Illinois senate when he would just vote "present." This all smacks of moral and physical cowardice. Panetta looked very uncomfortable defending the decision to not go for the rescue. Of course, if he had any moral courage, he would resign his office immediately. But he is a more loyal Democrat than he is an American.

The contrast is so visible this morning...Ty Woods who disobeyed an order to try to rescue Americans....Obama who ordered "stand down" to let them die. As more and more information gets out about this Bengahzi business, it's clear that criminal activity has been committed. As such, it should be fully investigated and charges brought against those who have committed said acts. And prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Of course, action like this would require an AG and DOJ and a federal prosecutor that has those male body parts that are as big as cue balls. And it is/would require someone in the WH to initiate that investigation.
I hope and pray that Mitt Romney, when he is elected, will do the right thing and start the wheels of justice turning. This is something that should not be swept under the rug simply because Obozo lost the election. Americans DIED because of their actions. And I've heard all my life that NO one is exempt from the law. That should include former presidents (and any other high ranking politicos).

I don't know where to put this, so I will post here and hope it's okay. I can't even believe what I just heard at my black Baptist church. The sermon topic was "Holding Fast to the Truth" from II Timothy 1:13.
About halfway through the sermon, our pastor began to explain that, in our generation the definition of "truth" is changing. It is now based on opinion, not on the Bible. And then he began to explain that as Christians, we must be committed to the fact that the truths in the Bible don't change. Among these truths are the fact that killing babies in the womb is wrong. Marriage between men and men and between women and women is wrong. Then he went on to talk about the election.
He said that, yes, this election is about the poor, but unborn babies are the poorest of the poor. They have no voice. We have a chance to speak for them, and if we do not, judgment awaits. He said that blacks were born black and were treated as property with no rights. By God's grace, black people been given rights. He said that gays who try to say that their struggle is the same as the black struggle against slavery are simply wrong. Then he said that one party is for killing babies in the womb and for gay marriage. The candidate of the other party is a Mormon and changes his position all the time. But in this case, he said, we have to choose the lesser of two evils.
My pastor took a great risk to say these things. May God honor his courage.

When Barry was conducting his search for a stupid white man that would not give him any competition in the intelligence department, he might have gone just a little higher up the food chain. If Biden worked in the private sector, he might have qualified as a cab driver or a highway department worker. As it is, he embarrasses this country across the world in ways that will take us decades to repair. Day Quayle, Sarah Palin and GWB are thoroughly exonerated from whatever faults the democrats imagined for them.

Kennedy got us into Viet Nam, and LBJ turned it into fullscale war. Both democrats.
Clinton ignored the first World Trade Center attack which emboldened Osama Bin Laden to plot the second WTC attack. Result? 9/11. Clinton? Yep, democrat.
Reagan didn't train and arm Bin Laden. He trained and armed the Mujah Hadin who were fighting the Soviets who had decided to grab Afghanistan.

Thank you, #34, for calling it EVIL. I have long thought of Obama and his minions as evil, and I don't care if that sounds crazy to some. Evil takes many forms, such as refusing to respond to calls for help, and letting born-alive babies die of neglect. And professing love and loyalty to your country while really tearing it down and apart. What I can't understand is how so many people can't or won't see this president for the lying, shallow, classless, and yes, evil person that he is.

A female suicide bomber blew herself up in the southern Russian region of Dagestan on Saturday injuring at least 18, including two children and five police officers, police said. (Snip) It was the first suicide bombing in Dagestan since the Boston Marathon bombings last month. The Tsarnaev brothers suspected of carrying out those attacks are ethnic Chechens who lived in this turbulent Caucasus province before moving to the U.S. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the elder brother who was killed a shootout with police days after the April 15 bombings, spent six months in Dagestan in 2012.

A few weeks ago, President Obama advised graduates at Ohio State University that they need not listen to voices warning about tyranny around the corner, because we have self-government in America. He argued that self-government is in and of itself an adequate safeguard against tyranny, because voters can be counted upon to elect democrats (lowercase “d”) not tyrants. His argument defies logic and 20th-century history. It reveals an ignorance of the tyranny of the majority, which believes it can write any law, regulate any behavior, alter any procedure and tax any event so long as it can get away with it.

In a recent column, Michael Gerson wrote about modern conservatism’s “two distinct architectural styles.” One approach within conservatism, he said, celebrates those who seek to apply abstract principles in their purest form. The alternative approach is more disposed toward compromise, incremental progress and taking into account shifting circumstances. What’s worth noting, I think, is that many of those in the first camp consider themselves to be more principled and authentically conservative than those in the second, who are often derided as RINOs and “squishes,” as part of the much-derided “establishment” and who go along to get along.

If there were an organized opposition to comprehensive immigration reform -- and there really isn´t, compared to the political/business/activist/lobbying complex in favor of it -- the opposition would pound daily on the key weakness at the heart of the Senate Gang of Eight bill. That weakness is simple. The bill proposes to legalize 11 million currently illegal immigrants before imposing greater border security and workplace enforcement. In that, the gang´s priorities are different from the American people´s. An opposition would remind the public of that, often. Many polls have shown that voters favor eventual legalization and a pathway to citizenship

President Obama called today for a renewed effort to close the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. But back in 2009, the White House dropped the ball on closing the controversial military prison by failing to come up with a plan in time, refusing to help House Democrats who were fighting for its closure, and then abandoning the plan altogether and blaming Republicans. In a speech at the National Defense University in Washington, Obama said his Jan. 21, 2009, executive order to close the prison was never implemented because House Republicans placed funding and legislative restrictions on moving

They were stranded about 30 feet from shore. One of the diners managed to jump to shore before the ice drifted too far and call for help. Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

Fox News chief Roger Ailes has sent a memo to his subordinates at the leading cable news network. He sent this memo to his staff today in connection with the federal investigation into an alleged leak to Fox News reporter James Rosen, a story that the Washington Post’s Ann E. Marimow broke earlier this week. The memo’s a masterpiece, too.
