Remember that Hillary was part of the Clinton administration who insisted that the military could not be used if there was any risk of loss of life. Thus they ordered the military to keep above a certain altitude when flying bombing runs in Bosnia / Kosovo, although the accuracy of the bombers were severely compromised. So she is very risk adverse. And she was right there as a big part of the decision-making process. Valerie is obviously risk adverse also, based on what we learned of her advice not to go after bin Laden. And Obama displayed signs of moral cowardice in the Illinois senate when he would just vote "present." This all smacks of moral and physical cowardice. Panetta looked very uncomfortable defending the decision to not go for the rescue. Of course, if he had any moral courage, he would resign his office immediately. But he is a more loyal Democrat than he is an American.

As more and more information gets out about this Bengahzi business, it's clear that criminal activity has been committed. As such, it should be fully investigated and charges brought against those who have committed said acts. And prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. And it is/would require someone in the WH to initiate that investigation.

I don't know where to put this, so I will post here and hope it's okay. I can't even believe what I just heard at my black Baptist church. The sermon topic was "Holding Fast to the Truth" from II Timothy 1:13.

About halfway through the sermon, our pastor began to explain that, in our generation the definition of "truth" is changing. It is now based on opinion, not on the Bible. And then he began to explain that as Christians, we must be committed to the fact that the truths in the Bible don't change. Among these truths are the fact that killing babies in the womb is wrong. Marriage between men and men and between women and women is wrong. Then he went on to talk about the election.

He said that, yes, this election is about the poor, but unborn babies are the poorest of the poor. They have no voice. We have a chance to speak for them, and if we do not, judgment awaits. He said that blacks were born black and were treated as property with no rights. By God's grace, black people been given rights. He said that gays who try to say that their struggle is the same as the black struggle against slavery are simply wrong. Then he said that one party is for killing babies in the womb and for gay marriage. The candidate of the other party is a Mormon and changes his position all the time. But in this case, he said, we have to choose the lesser of two evils.

My pastor took a great risk to say these things. May God honor his courage.
