I am with you #4. The first amendment presupposes a fair and balanced press, not an industry that has mostly chosen sides and attempt to sway elections. They are abusing their privilages to the point of criminal conspiracy.

We have all seen the history book pictures of the liberation of Paris in WWII. The French public chased down the local prostitutes who had openly collaborated with the German occupying forces and shaved their heads in the streets.

If We The People are successful in ousting the progressive/socialist forces among us, we should conduct a symbolic head-shaving of the presstitutes who have openly collaborated with them.

Agreed all....all the polling and feel good stories (especially recently) have seemed to be part of battle space preparation for the coming lawsuits (and more). The left is going to do "Florida 2000" times 10, all over the country. If they can create enough doubt and turmoil (with the help of the press), they can attempt to throw the results into question. #10 Most conservatives I know dropped subscriptions to liberal newspapers and magazines years ago. We avoid movies with the worst "star" liberals and I will boycott products when they endorse liberal causes.

I'm in agreement with those who think that the bogus polls are in part a pretext to claim fraud after Zero loses. If the Resident doesn't achieve a victory approximately as large as his in-the-tank pollsters are claiming, then something is rotten in Denmark. Of course, the Legacy Media and their pet polling branches are astonishingly pure in their allegiance to the Left (which is the Democratic Party). And what is being attempted here is definitely psyops. To be sure, getting our own "conservative" pundits to accept, uncritically, the results of these slanted polls is disheartening. So I am tuning them out until this mess comes to a merciful conclusion on November 6. As horrible as the economy has been, I don't see how Obama could be ahead in any state that's not already solidly Democrat.

Besides, Romney has been preparing to launch an ad blitz at the right time. I would imagine that time is near. Be of good cheer.

All: The American press has been playing politics as long as the USA has been around, if not longer. Know your history. Present day political press accounts are nothing when compared to the mid to late 1800's. The Hearst name should also ring a bell. Nothing new here really.

We were talking about the recent midwest heat-wave & he was asking about family members that he knows have been struggling with long-term unemployment. Not really trying to make a campaign talking point, I told him that mid-summer they had to turn off all AC because it was unaffordable. He didn't say anything for a long moment & I think it really hit home with him that many people that he knows personally are suffering. I know that he would never vote for a Republican, but I could sense by his pause that he is having second thoughts about BO's Robin Hood economy. He might just stay home & not vote.

For a group that (collectively) has the brain matter of a thimble, they sure pride themselves on how the mind should work.
