Michelle Obama's
Share-the-Starvation
School Lunch Program

School menu monitor Michelle Obama has always put the welfare of America's school children first. Right? Now, the first lady, in conjunction with the USDA and the 2010 "Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act," is on a one-woman mission to eradicate what she believes to be the greatest "threat to national security" -- childhood obesity. Michelle Obama's vision to promote healthier BMIs includes force-feeding federally-funded food to kids in school cafeterias and mandating that school-aged slackers "Let's Move!"

The fact that everyone has gone along with this instead of simply ignoring yet another usurpation of power is proof that we are all utter slaves. Why does the USDA get to tell everyone what to eat?

Most youngsters don't eat breakfast. They are growing at a rapid rate. They need calories and a hearty lunch to go on. If obesity is a problem for some children I'll bet it isn't because of what they eat for lunch at school. Find something else to bother with Michelle.

Michelle and her husband are the greatest threat to Notional Security!

Ironically, Admiral Mullen of the Joint Chiefs has jumped on the bandwagon too. They all need to go.

Brilliant. Get children used to rationing at a young age so they won't complain when they are adults and every commodity is controlled and rationed by the government. Yah Communism! /s

The backlash is wonderful. Kids need food in vast quantities. Michelle should find a new raison d'etre.

Gosh, Mochelle is a genius. She knows in a year there will be no pork products available because we wasted all the feed on expensive inefficient gas. So these kids need to learn now how to deal with shortages caused by central planning. Next year when there isn't any pork or corn to feed kids, they won't even bat an eye because they got use to shortages and starvation this year.

I would wager that the obesity problem in children is not what they're eating or not eating for lunch. It is because their derrieres are attached to the sofa while their thumbs are locked on their video game controllers. Children used to run around outside and play at recess and after school. No longer.

And Mooch
s Qualfications are WHAT?
She has no degree in Nutrition, and is not a Qualified Dietician???

She is a Disbarred Lawyer, for God's sakes! She seems to think that she is qualified, because she sleeps in the same bed with Baraka(?). THAT sure cuts down on what she is qualified for.

Hoping to hear "Ding, dong, the witch is dead" ring out through the land on November 7.

As for #9, I don't believe that is the sleeping arrangement at 1600. The kids used to avoid his bed in the morning because he was so "stinky" (Mooch's description) and come and get into bed with her.

Here's an idea - limit the new calorie standards to the free breakfast/lunch menu, then see how many kids miraculously come up with the money to buy from the regular lunch menu.

Intrusive is too polite a word for the dictatorship this woman has imposed. It is worse than the usual Demonrat un-intended consequences. I'm sure the backlash will not impact the Imperial Queen's position one bit. So glad they are moving out of the continental United States in Jan. 2013.

another AA person given power without having to know anything.

I always took my own lunch to school, and because I was running track and cross contry, would eat about 6 sandwiches, couple of apples, even had a hostess pie (heaven forbid!) and drink 4 cartoons of WHOLE milk. I weighed about 89 lbs soaking wet and the coach was concerned because I couldn't gain weight. of course then I was running before school, weights at lunch and running 3 hours which included 8th period and 2 hours more. I probably was burning 6,000 calories every day. even today 6" taller I'm still thin, yep I still will run, bike or swim to keep in shape.

The linebacker is no role model, that behind of hers sticks out a foot. I never cared much what the kids ate for lunch. They
went to schools where the food was good and not expensive. When I went to school, our lunchs were awful and we would swap them for a cold egg sandwich that someone else brought.

Of course they're hungry. Even with a decent lunch, moms usually had a snack and glass of milk waiting when we got home from school.

Keep the videos coming kids, you're doing great.

What´s so interesting about 60 tea partiers protesting the IRS in San Jose, California on Tuesday, May 21st? The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. What was a DHS agent doing at the San Jose Tea Party protest? (snip) they weren´t just spying on us in San Jose and monitoring us in San Francisco, they were watching us throughout the entire state

Remember president Obama´s first pitch of the MLB 2010 season at the Washington Nationals ballpark? It sailed towards the home team dugout. While he couldn´t throw a baseball within ten feet of home plate -- even if it took a double bounce on the way in -- Obama has tossed perfect incendiary strikes inside his own clubhouse, sending his entire team to the disabled list, demoted to the minor leagues, or banned from the game for life. In fact Obama´s entire liberal-progressive league has forfeited the rest of the season -- and then some.

Hey, liberals! Obama thinks you are stupid. Yeah, he really does. He knew Benghazi was terrorism before he didn´t know it was terrorism. Addressing a question about Benghazi in his press conference Monday, May 13, 2013, Obama´s "logic" really made an impression: "The Day after it happened I acknowledged that this was an act of terrorism." What person ever says what he really knows at a funeral? Eulogies bearing little or no resemblance to the deceased or to the facts are trotted out by people who are often bad actors, who though they know better, lie anyway. It´s almost acceptable behavior. But any truth about the deaths of U.S. Ambassador Christ Stevens and three other Americans appears to have been put six feet under as far as our current administration is concerned. Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell was convicted yesterday on three counts of first-degree murder, not to mention a slew of other charges, including involuntary manslaughter (for the death of 41-year-old Karnamaya Mongar), infanticide, and abortions past Pennsylvania´s legal limit. (snip)in a culture dominated by the 24-hour news cycle, it will be easy for Americans to consider the abortion issue closed with the Gosnell verdict. The pro-life movement´s challenge, as [Lila] Rose says, is to keep the American people focused on how common Gosnell-like practices are in the abortion industry, and on all the unsung victims abortion

The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. (Snip)She did make a short statement to declare her innocence, however. Lerner´s motivation was more transparent than much of what the IRS has done in connection with this controversy. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Is the worm turning against Barack Obama? After four-plus years of being given the benefit of the doubt by the bulk of the US media, the President now suddenly feels more vulnerable. Today both the New York Times and the Washington Post have run prominent and angry editorials and columns slamming the administration for its attempt to criminalise a Fox News reporter James Rosen for working a State Department source to obtain a story. The "Rosen Affair"--as it is now known--is poisoning the well in Washington at an alarming rate for Mr Obama, with an indignant White House press corps
