Via Glenn Beck, the bit about Hillary comes at the start of the second clip but both are worth listening to as an insight into how O, Biden, and Clinton allegedly operate in semi-private circumstances. The awkward “cueballs” line from Biden rings especially true, although I think he meant it as a compliment in his own oafish, hey-hiya-howareya way. With all due respect to Beck and Mr. Woods, though, I find Hillary’s comment about the movie significant for reasons different than they do. They seem to take it as evidence of a lie.

Don’t bother saying it ain’t so, Joe. According to a former staffer for Joe Biden, the Vice President is selfish, disloyal and concerned about his own manhood. (Snip) Story #2. Connaughton says he raised money for Biden, but never even got a thank you note until he hinted that it might be nice. Story #3. In the lead-up to Biden’s failed run for a 2008 presidency, Connaughton recalled: “Later in the campaign, a twenty-three-year-old fundraising staffer got into a car with Biden with a list of names and phone numbers: ‘Okay, Senator, time to do some fundraising calls.” Biden looked

We all say Ohio, Ohio, Ohio. But it's all still Denver, Denver, and the mystery that maybe isn't a mystery at all. If Cincinnati and Lake County go for Mitt Romney on Nov. 6 it will be because of what happened in Denver on Oct. 3. If Barack Obama barely scrapes through, if there's a bloody and prolonged recount, it too will be because of Denver. Nothing echoes out like that debate. It was the moment that allowed Mr. Romney to break through, that allowed dismay with the incumbent to coalesce, that allowed voters to consider the alternative. What the debate did to the president is

OK, President Obama, if you and your defenders insist on denying that you've repeatedly apologized for America, then let's quit mincing words and acknowledge you've done worse than apologize. That works for me. Maybe it is technically inaccurate to attribute the word apology to you, because you would have to identify with America more before you could apology on its behalf. (Snip) You didn't say you were sorry, either, come to think of it. But what you did do is harshly criticize America, not just to Americans on our soil but to other nations and their leaders on their soil.

In the third and final debate, Barack Obama scored huge points with the media, college kids and die-hard liberals -- in other words, his base -- when he mocked Mitt Romney's concern about our historically small Navy. (Snip) Obama's argument -- if that's not too generous a word -- is that the Navy in particular, and the military in general, can do so much more because of technological advances. And that is certainly true. But it's also true that there have been huge advances in the technology used to sink our ships and blow up our planes as well. And,

Cast your mind back to the rise of the Tea Party, when any liberal within shouting distance of a microphone conspicuously opined about the very worrisome violent undertones of the movement. After Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot by an apolitical madman, the Left instantly blamed conservative speech and delivered bad-faith lectures about the importance of "civility." Leading congressional lawmakers applied new pressure to the Obama administration Thursday for information on the Libya terror attack, after emails published this week showed top officials being told within hours that a local militant group had claimed responsibility. (Snip) House Speaker John Boehner, in a lengthy letter sent to President Obama on Thursday, called on the president to "explain to the American people" what happened. "The American public is increasingly reading information contradicting early accounts by your administration of the causes of the events of the day," Boehner said. "In the absence of your direct engagement to clarify these concerns,

If you’d like to sit directly behind President Barack Obama during one of his big, nationally televised campaign speeches — right where people at home can see you on television — it helps if you aren’t a white man. An analysis by The Daily Caller of videos from nearly a dozen recent Obama campaign rallies reveals that the president and his surrogates have an affinity for speaking exclusively where cameras can see women and minorities gathered behind them. (Snip) Another poll, from the Associated Press and GfK Group, puts the two contenders dead even among female voters, at 47 percent

Even after all the e-mails and information has come out over the past few weeks proving dissembling by President Obama himself and other administration officials on what they knew about the Benghazi attack and how their public pronouncements did not match reality, NBC’s Brian Williams, on Thursday’s Rock Center, treated President Obama as a victim of bad intelligence who is struggling to find the truth. Incredible. The perfect definition of “in the tank.” Williams spent a couple of days with Obama for campaign travelogue pieces which consumed the first 25 minutes of the prime time hour. President Barack Obama's lead in battleground states Colorado and Virginia have vanished in the past month, according to new NBC News-Wall Street Journal-Marist and Fox News polls of the states. Obama is now tied with Republican Mitt Romney in Colorado among likely voters in the new NBC-WSJ-Marist poll, down from a 5-point lead in mid-September. In Virginia, a 7-point advantage in a September Fox News poll has crumbled, and Romney now leads by 2 points. In Colorado, Obama has gotten slammed in the past month with Independents. An 11-point lead last month has slimmed to a virtual tie. Romney has

In a D+4 Virginia poll, Public Policy Polling (PPP) found President Barack Obama had a five-point lead over Mitt Romney, but these numbers -- and the partisan breakdown of the poll -- are highly suspect because the same poll found Obama underperforming among black voters. Black voters were the most enthusiastic about Obama's candidacy in 2008. And in Virginia, blacks made up 20% of the electorate and gave Obama 92% of the vote against John McCain. In PPP's most recent poll, Obama gets 88% support

The tormented Staten Island teenager who killed herself by jumping in the path of a train was bullied to death by classmates after she had sex with four football players, police sources said Thursday. Felicia Garcia, a 15-year-old freshman at Tottenville High School, was driven to her death after two 17-year-old classmates blabbed about the encounters. “Kids are saying she had sex with some guys from the football team at a party after the game,” said a friend of the doomed girl who asked not to be identified. “Later on they wouldn't leave her alone about it. DAYTON, Ohio — The Obama campaign is counting on the auto-industry bailout to carry the president to a victory in Ohio, but it ultimately may hold little sway with voters across the state who are still out of work and struggling to stay solvent. The bailout package undoubtedly saved thousands of jobs in places such as Lordstown, Toledo and elsewhere, but in Ohio as a whole, a weak economy and poor job prospects trump the car company rescue. For voters like Rick and Jared Sargent, the bailout is of secondary importance, while prolonged periods of unemployment drove

WASHINGTON — What gender gap? Less than two weeks out from Election Day, Republican Mitt Romney has erased President Barack Obama’s 16-point advantage among women, a new Associated Press-GfK poll shows. And the president, in turn, has largely eliminated Romney’s edge among men. Those churning gender dynamics leave the presidential race still a virtual dead heat, with Romney favored by 47 percent of likely voters and Obama by 45 percent, a result within the poll’s margin of sampling error, the survey shows. After a commanding first debate performance and a generally good month, Romney has gained ground with Americans

CLEVELAND — With a poll showing his once-sizable lead among female voters is gone, a raspy-voiced President Obama rallied supporters Thursday in three battleground states, warning repeatedly that Republican rival Mitt Romney would roll back women’s rights and repeal the health care benefits they’ve been given under his signature health care law. In Florida, Virginia and Ohio, an increasingly hoarse Mr. Obama urged voters not to lose faith in him, a message that his campaign is urgently aiming at women. With 12 days to go before Election Day, the signals that female voters are defecting

The 2012 election is shaping up to be more polarized along racial lines than any presidential contest since 1988, with President Obama experiencing a steep drop in support among white voters from four years ago. At this stage in 2008, Obama trailed Republican John McCain by seven percentage points among white voters. Even in victory, Obama ended up losing white voters by 12 percentage points, according to that year’s exit poll. But now, Obama has a deficit of 23 percentage points, trailing Republican Mitt Romney 60 percent to 37 percent among whites, according to the latest

A teenage boy has admitted killing another pupil by repeatedly punching him in the head after being accidentally hit by a sponge ball during gym class. Euan Craig, 14, suffered serious head injuries in the assault at Rosshall Academy in Glasgow, and died in hospital the next day. His killer, said to come from a family with “comparatively high standards of behaviour and expectations of achievement”, pleaded guilty to culpable homicide at the High Court in Glasgow. The boy, who is also 14 and cannot be named because of his age, was warned custody is the “likely outcome” when he

”L’etat, c’est moi.” — Louis XIV “This nation. Me.” — Barack Obama, third presidential debate Okay, okay. I’ll give you the context. Obama was talking about “when Tunisians began to protest, this nation, me, my administration, stood with them.” Still. How many democratic leaders (de Gaulle excluded) would place the word “me” in such regal proximity to the word “nation”? Obama would have made a very good Bourbon. He’s certainly not a very good debater. He showed it again Monday night. Obama lost. His tone was petty and small. Arguing about Iran’s nuclear program

The last days of the 2012 presidential election are a study in contrasts. Barack Obama has chosen to end his final campaign with an appeal both sour and small — Big Bird, binders and Romnesia. It is little wonder that Mitt Romney’s personal favorability rating now exceeds the president’s. Obama’s closing message is remarkable for its aggression, mocking tone and sheer triviality. The Romney campaign is ending larger than it has been. Romney has used his final weeks to position himself — his critics would say reposition himself — as a moderate conservative, dedicated to bipartisan progress. Obama attacks Romney

During puberty, thousands of Cameroonian girls fall victim to a painful practice: the women in their families, sometimes even their own mothers, try to make their growing breasts disappear by crushing them. They believe this “protects” the girls from experiencing their sexuality too soon. According to a 2005 investigation by two doctors, almost a quarter of Cameroonian women have been victims of this practice. This “ironing” or “massaging” of the breasts, as it is sometimes euphemistically called, has also been reported in Togo and Guinea. (Snip) By making their breasts disappear, the mothers believe they can control the girls’ effect

Concord - Sitting on a bench on the pretty main street of Concord, New Hampshire's tiny capital city, Gerry Taylor does not have time for either President Barack Obama or Republican challenger Mitt Romney. U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin is standing by her decision to vote "present" on a 2007 resolution condemning Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for questioning the Holocaust and advocating the destruction of the state of Israel. But Baldwin acknowledged it takes some effort to spell out why she voted as she did. Six out of ten French people believe the influence of Islam in France is “too big” and 43 percent see the religion as a “threat” to national identity, according to the results of an opinion poll published on Thursday. Bad news will greet Vice President Joe Biden when he arrives in Wisconsin Thursday night. Hours earlier, Oshkosh's largest employer announced that it will lay off 450 employees in January. Oshkosh Corp., a truck manufacturer with Pentagon contracts, blamed the "difficult decisions" on looming cuts to the nation's defense budget. "As Oshkosh and others in the defense industry have discussed on numerous occasions, domestic military vehicle production volumes will decline significantly in 2013 due to the reduction in U.S. defense budgets and the fact that military spending is returning to peacetime levels," the company said in a statement.

Greenbrae - A homeowner who police say survived being shot in the jaw during a burglary has received startling news: The burglary suspect sued him for returning fire. The Marin Independent Journal reported Wednesday that Samuel Cutrufelli filed the suit claiming 90-year-old Jay Leone negligently shot him. Cutrufelli is charged with two counts of attempted murder after Leone was shot in the face on Jan. 3. Police said Cutrufelli was wounded when Leone returned fire. Leone has vowed to countersue. In an exclusive January interview at his bedside at Marin General Hospital, Leone told CBS 5 he had to outwit
