Monday while President Barack Obama was answering questions at a town hall with YSEALI Fellows, an exchange program for community leaders from ASEAN, The Association of Southeast Asian Nations, he said his administration has restored the Untied States as the “the most respected country on earth.” Obama said, “People don’t remember, but when I came into office, the Untied States in world opinion ranked below China and just barley above Russia, and today once again, the Untied States is the most respected country on earth. Part of that I think is because of the work we did to reengage the

President Barack Obama apparently thinks he’s the closest thing to a Jewish president America has ever had. Speaking to JPUpdates.com, top Obama confidant David Axelrod described a moment where the president expressed exasperation to him over being derided as anti-Israel by some. “You know, I think I am the closest thing to a Jew that has ever sat in this office,” the president claimed, according to Axelrod. “For people to say that I am anti-Israel, or, even worse, anti-Semitic, it hurts.” During Obama’s tenure, U.S.-Israel relations have fallen to their lowest point in decades.

If you´re a member of a stigmatized group, such as a person of color or a gay man or woman, even the smallest of talk can be fraught with small discomforts, slights, and aggressions. Such casual offenses need not be intentional. Indeed, they often aren´t. For example, consider the word "homosexual," which Jeremy Peters writes "probably sounds inoffensive" to most people. I am a straight man who considers myself to be politically aligned with the struggles of gay men and women, and I frequently use the term (including just last night). I was surprised then to learn that the Gay and Lesbian

I´m pretty sure that many on the right think this column refers to the biased, criminal reporting by the media on racial issues. That disreputable corruption of journalism has led to widespread anarchy and violence around the entire nation by the mainstream media´s blatant misreporting of facts since that Trayvon Martin/Zimmerman incident. But the truth is that the lies of the press are nothing new. It can be traced back to the 1930´s with Stalin apologist Walter Durant´s lies about the Soviet Union that won him a Pulitzer Prize. Yes, he was a New York Times correspondent, of course.

Former sporting champion Bruce Jenner launched a stinging attack on ex-wife Kris as he unveiled his new female identity as glamorous Caitlyn on the cover of Vanity Fair. The pair were married for 23 years until their divorce was finalised in December, but Caitlyn, who has now transitioned, has branded the matriarch ´controlling´ and says she felt ´mistreated´. Caitlyn, 65, who debuted her feminized self on the cover while wearing a white corset, said Kris, 59, ´wasn´t very nice´ and that gender didn´t cause them to divorce - it was mainly her treatment of him. ´The first 15 years I

Bill Clinton’s foundation set up a fundraising arm in Sweden that collected $26 million in donations at the same time that country was lobbying Hillary Rodham Clinton’s State Department to forgo sanctions that threatened its thriving business with Iran, according to interviews and documents obtained by The Washington Times. The Swedish entity, called the William J. Clinton Foundation Insamlingsstiftelse, was never disclosed to or cleared by State Department ethics officials, even though one of its largest sources of donations was a Swedish government-sanctioned lottery. As the money flowed to the foundation from

No one enjoys going through screening at the airport, but at least it’s making us all safer, right? And there was that one time you made it through with a Swiss Army knife in your backpack, but surely any real weapons or explosives would be spotted, right? ABC News is reporting that, in an internal investigation conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) failed to detect banned weapons and fake explosives smuggled in by undercover agents posing as passengers 95% of the time. The trials were conducted at the busiest U.S. airports and agents were
