Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg did not say Wednesday whether he would prosecute protestors who broke into and occupied Hamilton Hall at Columbia University. Bragg, who is currently prosecuting the case against former President Donald Trump, did not respond to multiple requests for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation asking whether pro-Palestinian protestors arrested on Tuesday would be charged. The New York Police Department (NYPD) arrested 119 protestors at Columbia on Tuesday night, along with 173 protestors at the separate City University of New York (CUNY) protest, where students occupied an administration building.

A vehicle crashed into a White House barricade at high speed on Saturday night, leaving the driver dead, per Secret Service.
According to a statement, a Secret Service investigation is ongoing, but there was no threat to the White House. An investigation into the fatal crash “will be turned over to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department Crash Investigation Unit.”
It is still unclear what caused the car collision.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, another vehicle crashed into the White House gates in January. The driver was taken into custody.
I’m not a great believer in polls, especially right now. I’m sure there is some truth to them, some attempts at accuracy. Pollsters need a modicum of precision or they lose credibility. Anti-capitalism is back in fashion. Even Marxism, which many had declared dead after the collapse of socialism, is experiencing a renaissance. Books such as those by the left-wing French economist Thomas Piketty are popular. In my home country, Germany, a book called Das Ende des Kapitalismus (The End of Capitalism), whose author advocates the introduction of a planned economy, has climbed the bestseller lists. She cites the British war economy of the Second World War as a potential model. In her opinion, we should introduce this kind of economic system as quickly as possible, as it is the only way we can save our planet.
