Kennedy Jr. Kerry Kennedy, a daughter of former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, niece of former President John F. Kennedy and sister of the current presidential candidate, delivered the endorsements in Philadelphia by calling Biden “my hero.” “We want to make crystal clear our feelings that the best way forward for America is to reelect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for four more years,” she said.

The special counsel claims the act of reviewing an election outcome is a private benefit to the president and not part of presidential immunity.
Former White House attorney Ty Cobb said he is “almost certain” former President Trump’s federal election interference case won’t be tried before the November election, after the Supreme Court heard arguments related to it Thursday.
“So, I think it benefits Trump in the sense that it’s almost certain that this case will not get tried before the election, in my view. So it benefits him in that regard,” Cobb told CNN’s Erin Burnett on “OutFront.” On the other hand, nothing that the justices are going to do is going to benefit his case, other than the delay,” he continued, adding the justices won’t buy Trump’s “absolute immunity argument.”
